I'd been paying way to much for haircuts at salons that just weren't worth the price. I tried Floyds for the first and was super lucky to end up with Sawse who gave me a stellar haircut at like half the price I've been paying. He's a super nice guy, great finish with the details, and he knew exactly what haircut to go with it despite it being my first time. I got my new go to barber for sure. Shout out to Sawse - he knows hair and ball equally well.

Just got an incredible cut from Sawse. Got sat in the chair on time and everyone was very polite. I went in there without the best idea of what style I wanted and Sawse talked through it with me to help end up with a haircut even better than I had imagined. Will be coming back!

Walked in without an appointment and was soon treated to Belle's talents--a relaxing shampoo and a quick competent cut administered with a soft, angelic touch. I've spent hours and many more dollars at a Gold Coast salon but Floyd's has now given me reasons not to. Thanks again, Belle!

Great experience as always! Belle was super excited to do my pink punk mullet and they even provided suggestions on my original idea that ended in a result that we were both ecstatic about. Also the check-in & check-out process with Chris was quick but also attentive too!

I booked an appointment here for my boyfriend who’s a homebody with a history of ignoring self care. Paid extra for a shampoo and a beard trim, didn’t request a specific person so that they could pick the best barber for the job. They gave him to a standard stylist. He pointed at where he wanted his sideburns multiple times and she cut them over an inch too high. There’s absolutely no texturing and honestly his mom could have done a better job on the cut. His beard is absolutely mangled. $70 for a haircut I wouldn’t have even paid $10 for, and he felt so uncomfortable and pressured he didn’t feel able to stand up for himself. Terrible, I’m so disappointed. Why the hell wasn’t he placed with one of the actual barbers? Two stars since his hair was technically cut.

Genesis was amazing! She really listened to what I was looking for style-wise and communicated through the whole process. If you have curly hair she’s the best! The location itself is in a great spot and everyone I interacted with was amazing. They book up pretty quick so I recommend making an appt online.

I’ve been going to Floyd’s for over five years. When my regular stylist moved on, I needed to find someone new I could trust. I chose Genesis based on her bio—and I’m so glad I did. I feel like I hit the jackpot! She gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered perfectly. On top of that, she’s great to talk to—friendly, professional, and easy to connect with. Highly recommend her!

I'm done. Too many chances at a few different Floyd's over the last several years. I came in today for a Floyd's cut and a beard trim with straight razor. Isaac was running 15 minutes late. No problem. After I got checked in and sat down, I was looking forward to getting cleaned up and having my beard well taken care of. I should have known better. The only time I've gotten a great beard trim, straight razor and all around pampering for the $50 it cost was by a woman that doesn't even work there any more. Isaac seemed like he didn't want to be there and I was bothering him. I was very friendly and cordial, he was dismissive. I was looking for his professional opinion of a few things as my hair is thinning. I got a shrug and he just asked what I wanted. I complimented him a few times as things progressed (wish I would have gotten a closer look) and got zero response. Also, I only got a beard trim with no razor because I guess he didn't feel like doing it. My beard was unevenly trimmed, not lined up and he cut parts of it shorter than others. My lip line and neck were not close to even. My hair is not cut evenly either with parts sticking out. He only used clippers on my neck and the hair there is in patches. I could have done a much better job on my beard as I have many times before. Was just hoping for the hot towel, hot lather, razor etc. and was willing to pay the $50 for it and instead got a $21 trim that looks like it was worth 5 bucks. I guess Floyds doesnt need the money. Didn't offer to trim my ears or eyebrows. I had to go home and clean everything up myself and do damage control. I paid a total of $71 dollars not including a tip for 25 minutes of what equates to a $20 visit. He is supposed to be a manager?! I expected professionalism and got barber school level. When he held up a mirror for me to look, he wasn't even paying attention and was looking away at something else. Never again. Floyd's has gone way downhill over the last few years and doesn't deserve the business they get from loyal customers.

100% the worst haircut in my life!!! I would never advise this barbershop, just avoid it. First they spoiled my hair and cut my skin, but the worst experience was manger! I asked manager how to leave a review, he told that they are ready to fix the problem if I will not leave the review, I replied that how are you planning fix this if I don't have a hair to be fixed anymore?:)) He replied if you're planning to leave the review anyway you need to leave the place immediately. And moreover he forced me and my wife to leave the place while my 7years daughter was in the chair with another hairstylist, and wait outside...I'm not sure if it's legal to force parents leave the child alone, it's definitely illegal. Just avoid this place!!! Below are the pictures of cuts on my skin after the scissors and actual haircut.
