Unnecessarily loud and no walk ups. I booked an appointment and unfortunately when I arrived for my appointment they nor anyone there at the time could communicate with me, so I lost all my confidence and walked out

This place is a gem in Albany Park. Nelson has been taking care of me going on 2 years and every experience has been phenomenal. Great haircuts and great service!

Came here today for the first time. There's pay for street parking. I had a lady cut my hair, unfortunately she couldn't speak any English so I had to show her pictures of what I wanted as it was hard to communicate. She did take her time and was detailed. But everything she was asking during the haircut I couldn't understand. The haircut was allegedly $20, I gave $40 expecting change back to tip with, but she pocketed the $40 thinking it was a 100% tip. The service was great, but I dont think it was 100% tip worthy. Overall, I just had a hard time communicating here if you're not a fluent Spanish speaker.

Julián has been my trusted barber for the last 5 years, and I wouldn't change it for anything. Every cut he makes me is impeccable: attention to detail, precise technique and always understands just what I want (even when I don't explain it quite well). More than a barber, he is an artist with his hands. You can see the talent and passion he puts into his work. I always leave his chair with the assurance that I look better than when I entered. If you are looking for a barber with experience, talent and excellent treatment, Julián is the right person. 100% recommended.

Christian is hands down one of the best barbers I’ve been to. He really takes his time with each cut, pays attention to the details, and makes sure everything looks super clean. What I really appreciate is that he actually listens to what you want and makes it happen. You can tell he cares about his work and wants you to leave happy every time.

This is by far my favorite barbershop to go to in the whole city of Chicago and I’ve been to many. What sets this place apart from the rest is they really are able to take an idea for a haircut that you want and bring it to life even better than expected. I’ve also scheduled last-minute Haircuts here that I needed for an event and they were able to squeeze me in. Thank you so much 🙏

Fade O’ Clock is one of those barbershops that will definitely not disappoint. One of the best barbershops I’ve visited up in the north side in Chicago were all the staff are very welcoming, friendly and have good insight on the vision you have with your style. This is my second time coming (at the time of this review posted) but still getting better and better results with my haircut that definitely brings up my confidence more. My go-to barber at the moment is Cristian but all the other barbers are just as good and professional to give you the best cut you need. They also do beards, eye brows, fades and most of the services needed when looking into barbershops. I’d definitely recommend to come into Fade O’ Clock and give them a try. Personally, worth the trip and the expense.

What a great barber! I have been getting my haircut with Mike for the last 7 years. best barber in town! His barbershop is a 5 star quality with comfortable waiting sofa and great chairs, with many TV to keep you entertained while you are waiting. Make sure to make reservation online so you wait is less and get ready for a great haircut! Best luck to Mike in his great barbershop
