I was not satisfied with haircut and price. Ruined my hairline which was much higher, not normal low/middle! Costed me $45 🤦🏽‍♂️ SMFH

I was takin my boy here for a hair cut by victor, who is suppose to be married as well as the owner, I had got to the point I stopped goin in and just send my son for the cut, due to victor always tryna holla, they both be in my DMs, however I kept it professional on my end, I made it clear I was not interested, however I guess the rejection sparked some bad emotions because he made an appt for my son at 2pm we get there on time, and he made my son wait until he was done with the late hair cut, whom should’ve waited. My son is only 7, and he took a late hair cut for a teenager, over a kid who was in time.

The guys here have talent but no dedication. There’s 8 spots but you’ll scarcely see more than two barbers in there at a time so if you’re a walk in expect insanely long waits. Plus They don’t open on time according to their own schedule. You’re better off going to Platinum Fades on harlem by diversey cause they’re two dollars cheaper and even if you don’t have an appointment they have enough barbers working to get you out of there. Went to ‘Cut it Out’ one day, there was a walk in a head of me and two people in the chairs. When the one barber finished he left out instead of taking the walk in. I went to Platinum as a walk in. Waited 2 min. Got cut. Drove by the shop and that same walk in was still waiting. Read the reviews for this place before going. Walk-ins are a real problem for them. They’re quick to apologize here but they make no strides to fixing their issues. This place is best with appointment only and even then I still recommend any place else if you’ve got better things to do rather than spend half a day waiting to get a hair cut.

How did you see that person when you drove by With the curtains that are hanging.

Customers that don’t get service immediately write a negative review. Thank you

I’m not a regular customer, I’ll pass by every few months to get a line up or fade, and get my facial hair cleaned up etc. Today was packed (due to the holidays) and I came in for a walk in. Waiting wasn’t an issue. I had this dude who I never seen before there line me up and clean up my facial hair, the end result was great, but he didn’t use any oil (Idk what’s it called) on my face while doing my eyebrows and as a result I ended up getting cut above both my eyelids. They’re not deep cuts, but they are visible. Aside from that inconvenience, everything was decent. Edit - actually on further inspection one of the cuts above my eyebrow is actually a scrape. It’s almost like he peeled my skin with the razor. Kind of concerned now if the equipment the barber used was properly sanitized. 😬

Owner's response

I’m so sorry for your inconvenience. I have address this issue with the barbers. We really view you your support for the shop. Please ask for Anthony and your next hair cut is free. Please accept our deepest apology. The owner

Started going here a few months. I have to be honest and state the place is aesthetically pleasing and the barber's tend to be friendly, watch the news, and mind their business. Vic started as friendly and catering to the needs of my child and I. Shortly after my coming on the regular, he appeared to be annoyed by my presence. My speculations were correct when he threw a tantrum when I came late ONE time, although I've had to wait 15'- 30 minutes( I make my appointments). I opted Does respect my child, but screw me,as I am the one having and hustling to bring them there. Maybe someone else will have a better experience with him. I shall not be returning there.

Owner's response

I’m so sorry that you had that experience. I just wAnt you to know that we really value you and your opinion. As a business owner I’m going g to miss you we have developed a nice relationship I hope one day you come back cause we will be waiting for you. I have address that issue and it won’t happen again. if there’s anything I can do for you please let me know.

Dee owner

Walked in asked if they allow walk-ins they said "yeah", so I sat down waited and some barbers didn't even have customers they were just on their phones. I walked after waiting over an hour. I understand I didn't make an appointment but when there are barbers on their phones not even asking if I need a haircut fine whatever your loss. Won't ever give them another chance.

Owner's response

I’m so sorry you had that experience. We appreciate every walk in that walks Thur the door. It is not necessary that you make an appointment but appointments are highly recommended. Barbers get breaks. They have appointments they wait for they give every appointment a 15 minute Windows to arrive if they’re late they take the next walk in. We have to keep in mind that a barbershop has a order that they follow just like other business. I appreciate your feedback and we will do better. Thank you.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Today was my first time coming to this barbershop, after a couple of months of not getting my haircut. I walk in, early at about 8:40am, really excited to get my haircut. I get in, about two barbers ask me what I'm here for and what kind of cut I want. I tell them and I am assuming that pretty soon, the next available chair that was open, would have me in it. NOPE! I sat there from 8:40 to 10:12, sitting and waiting as SIX...SIX OTHER BARBERS CUT HAIR! They knew what I was there for but they were too busy yapping their mouths off and taking in appointments, they forgot and didn't care for me. One barber, Bobby, had some free time but instead of letting a walk-in like me get a cut, he makes a run to Dunkin Donuts. REALLY?! Plus, it's not kid friendly at all! ALL OF THE BARBERS WERE CURSING AND SWEARING AND THERE WAS A LITTLE KID IN THERE! TWO ACTUALLY! There is another barber who was smoking weed outside and covered in tattoos. I mean, this place sucks! Whatever you do, do not go here, you will be disappointed like I was. It's a waste of time. They may be good barbers but none of them know how to run a business correctly. Please avoid this barber shop at all cost! This has been a warning.

Owner's response

Thank you for saying we have GOOD barbers

First of all your lying about the weed smoke Your one of those ppl that if they don't get there way they hurt others. With that being said im so sorry IF you had that experience, as you saw we have a nice cliental and the weekends are the busiest, It would be a great world if we could walk in walk out but that not the case here all barbers have appointment that are made in advance so they have to make their appointment times for the customers that made them. We love all walk ins and appreciate their business are number is located on this page because we highly recommend that you make an appointment to less your wait time because we have to keep in mind that the barbers do have breaks and lunch. we can not control what customers say but we highly recommend that all in the shop curve their language. I don’t understand the part about a barber cover in tattoos that sounds a little like you judged a book by its cover so what does that say about you. and this review (questionable) we respect all customers.

I have been coming here for almost 3 years noe and have never had a problem. I usually make an appointment with Osvaldo (Leon). The owner Tony is cool too, they're always talking about sports and have a good vibe in the shop. Highly recommended. For those complaining about waiting so long, make an appointment; these guys are always busy and have loyal clientele.

Owner's response

thank you
