Excellent service. I have been trying different barbershops in Chicago for a few years but I keep coming back to Artur because of their price and quality. The staff always have been professional and accomodating to my needs. I cannot recommend it more.

My eight year old has been going to a kids specialty haircut place in Edgebrook for a long time. He likes it because he can use his iPad or watch a movie -- due to him being a knucklehead he missed his appointment there and I had to search for an alternative -- I found Artur's and saw good reviews of kids cuts. Booking online was simple -- small unassuming clean shop with friendly staff -- kiddo was so pleased with his haircut i think we've found a new go-to.

I was looking for a new barber in Chicago so I asked an AI to recommend a highly rated and reasonably priced option in my neighborhood. Artur's Barber Shop fit the bill, with excellent online reviews, a professional website, and an active online presence. I easily booked an appointment with Artur, though I think any of the barbers would be a good option based on the talented work I observed during my cut. Artur's is a special place that embodies what I want out of a barbershop. It's unassuming and you feel welcome from the second you walk in the door. I couldn't be happier with the cut I got. Artur is highly skilled and transformed my shaggy mop into a slick, modern style. The conversation was great, and I always enjoy chatting with other avid dog lovers. I typically dread getting my haircut, but Artur made it painless, and I actually look forward to my next cut and possible transformation. The neck shave and hot towel were a relaxing way to end the experience. Small businesses like this make Chicago one of the best cities in America.

I booked an appointment for my husband to get a haircut here and we are honestly disappointed. The haircut looked just fine, but once we got home and I started looking more into detail I could see it was uneven, patchy and simply not done professionally. I trusted this place based on reviews and now we will have to pay someone else to fix this. For $35+tip I was expecting better service. I don't recommend this place for new customers.
