Ankedo is a master of his craft and it shows the moment you sit down for your cut. From the hand written sign on his wall that proudly proclaims he "fixes other barbers mistakes" to his deft movements whirling the tools of his craft as he works, you know you are in the presence of a master. This is a man who takes great pride in his work and you can trust to make you look amazing. His philosophy is that you are his advertisement and he is right. I walked out with one of the best haircuts I've had and will be back. The difference in quality between the various places I have tried around here and this is very noticeable. No, you won't get an Old Style, quirky attitude, or participate in the little hipster dance of pretending some bearded 30 year old is old school. What you will get is man who knows what the hell he is doing after 25 years and a fantastic cut. So, skip the Instagram barbers and step into a genuine experience of excellence.

I went to Ankedo's a couple of months ago after seeing the reviews and was not disappointed! Going in, my hair was a complete mess since I had let it grow out for well over a year. Despite this, Ankedo was very kind and patient throughout the haircut. He worked with me every step of the way using my feedback to make sure that my hairstyle was exactly what I wanted. You can tell that Ankedo is passionate and takes a lot of pride in his work, while also being very kind and welcoming every step of the way. Even months later, my hair still looks great! I'm definitely due for another cut, and I'm planning on coming back here 100%

Been seeing this man for years, well over 15 years to be exact. Very technical and fundamental when he cuts hair. Ankedo will have you looking sharp no matter your style or hair type. Side note: I’ve seen him since I was a child, it’s nice that when I come in we can talk about life and be open about details. He’s always had my best interest. I hope for nothing but success and positive energy for Ankedo.

Absolutely wonderful barber. My friend suggested that I come with him to get my haircut from Ankedo and I was not disappointed. Extreme attention to detail, excellent customer care and a comfortable shop. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants a fresh cut.

Went there to get my almost 2 year olds haircut, I recommend 100%. He was so patient with my son and made sure his haircut was the way I had requested! Will definitely be going back!
