I made an appointment for 6:45 pm with anyone available- no preference. I showed up 7 minutes early and at 7:50 pm I decided to leave. One person was cutting hair, three others were sweeping and cleaning their stations. Nobody said a word to me after check in. I said “i’m just going to cancel my appointment and leave”. The response was “okay”. Very poor customer service and interaction.

Great place! Erin was great, in and out in what felt like 10 minutes for a mens cut, perfect for a lunch break haircut, good and clean very friendly vibe

Sharmane is the best! I asked for a 2 on the sides and finger length on top and she did an amazing job. I got massaging shampoo and a shoulder massage. I will def be coming back. Great work Sharmane!

I have never once left a review in my life, but today I feel the need to. I go in to get my haircut. I ask for a 6 gaurd on the sides and a trim on the top and back, the lady holds my hair in her fingers asking about what length i wanted trimmed off the top and back. It looked like a reasonable amount. The haircut comes to and end at its time to see how it looks. Turns out she gave me a 6 on the sides AND BACK. which is specifically what i asked her not to do. then i see the top and she trimmed just about all i had. MY HAIR DOESNT EVEN REACH MY EYEBROWS ANYMORE! which i specifically told her was essential at the start of the cut. And I understand that things happen sometimes and it could just be a bad day for the stylist. However this is probably my eighth haircut in a row with floyd’s doing this with different stylists each time. They can not follow simple instructions. And not to the mention the price, I paid 40 bucks for a haircut that i hate and now have to wait for 2 months to grow back! This was my last straw with this place and will not be coming back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Karma did a great job with my skin fade, and although I had to wait 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be serviced, it was well worth the wait. She was very polite, and asked really good questions as to how I wanted my haircut to be done, and was really sociable. 10/10, was a little nervous considering this was my first time at a barbershop, but I’d definitely go again next time I need it. Staff are chill.

I had a great experience with Kiana! She completed my retwist in about two hours. They came out exactly how I wanted them to if not better! She had great professionalism and a sense of humor. I will be returning.

Life flies by for me, and every so often I look up in the mirror and just don’t feel confident in what I see. That changed the second I got up from Kelly’s chair. I’ve seen Kelly a couple of times now, and I honestly can’t remember the last time I felt this confident after a haircut and beard trim. She even took a before-and-after video, and I seriously couldn’t recognize the guy in the first clip. What really stands out is how personable and detail-oriented she is. She remembered me from my last visit and just asked, “same as last time?” No awkward back-and-forth or trying to remember what I’d asked for weeks ago. She’s got a real gift for making people look and feel their best. If you’re looking for a barber who knows her craft, remembers her clients, and consistently delivers incredible results, Kelly is the one. Hands down the best barber in Highlands Ranch by a long shot. I would even say the greater Denver area.

I chose this salon because I had a great experience with my kids over five (5) years ago. But today's experience was far from great. My daughter (13F) had her hair cut by Kiana, who is the lead stylist at this salon. My daughter's hair took less than 10 minutes! No shampoo, no neck rub, no blow-dry style or curls or braids. Nope, a 35 minute time slot and I was charged 50 dollars including tip. I could have gone to Great Clips for the same service and I would have paid half (1/2) the price! I am extremely disappointed in even the cut of her hair. She has very fine hair, but that doesn't mean she shouldn't get the best treatment! I would be embarrassed if that is the kind of service any stylist would give, let alone someone who is the manager of the salon! I wont be going back, for sure, and definitely won't have my other kids get their hair done at this salon. For 50 dollars, please go somewhere else or another Floyd's that actually treats their younger clients to a five (5) star experience!
