If youâre coming here you need to be looking for Taylor!!! Absolute legend! She knows whatâs up, how to keep conversation and make sure youâre getting the cut youâre looking for! So sweet and kind and the talent she has is unmatched! Highly recommend and will be returning for her!

Went there for the first time yesterday, and I have exactly the haircut I asked for - just from showing a picture. It's completely different from the hair cut I walked in with and exactly what I have been trying to get for many years before coming here. I love it! THANK YOU!

I was regular customer until yesterday :) entered at 4:32pm and I was done by 4:46pm. Such haste, no details, and worst ever hair cut and it was my birthday. Everytime, I tried noting down the details of haircut and they forgot to save it everytime (atleast 4-5 times). I was stupid to go again as I am lazy exploring other places. NO BLOW DRY after HAIR WASH. All the hairs stuck everywhere. Imagine sent out the shop with dripping hair and hairs stuck to your face and neck and around it. Choose if you want to give 40 bucks for 15 bucks service.

"I was visiting from out of state and honestly had no idea what I wanted for my hair, but it really needed some attention. Carla was amazing she took the time to listen to what I was looking for, even though I couldnât quite pinpoint it myself. She made suggestions based on my hair type and gave me exactly what I needed! My hair looks fresh and amazing now, and I feel so much more confident. If youâre looking for a stylist who can work with you even if youâre not sure what you want, I highly recommend this place. I only wish I lived closer to come back regularly!"

My partner ( Molly S.) received an aggressive, rushed, subpar, and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL haircut experience from Taylor today 4/22 at 6pm. From the moment my partner sat down, Taylor had an extremely rude attitude, stating âWhat do you want.â Following this, Taylor was shown the reference picture and briefly glanced at it, rolled her eyes and stated âSo like just texturized, or what?â As the service began, Taylor aggressively gripped my partnerâs hair, yanking and pulling without care. Didnât seem like she was trying to be hurtful but she absolutely WAS NOT behaving professionally. Throughout the service my partner was faced away from the mirror - seemingly so Taylor could pump out whatever quality haircut she felt like and be on her merry way. My partner was sat at 6pm and was paying by 6:11. While the haircut itself isnât absolutely completely botched it is NOT what was asked for as my partner explicitly requested to leave all of the length and only shape what was necessary for the reference picture. Taylor then cut off way more than was asked for and did not achieve even the general idea of the cut. It seems very clear to me as a hair professional myself, ( I have my current hair license) that Taylor, 1. did not know what she was doing 2. absolutely did not care. If you have stylists that are new to the industry please inform your clients of their current skill level. We were all fresh out of cosmetology school once and I absolutely understand still learning BUT PLEASE fix your attitude. Youâre supposed to be a professional for goodness sakes. As to why this wasnât addressed when my partner was there earlier today, well she was mortified and in tears. Not to mention Taylor made her feel like an absolute bother for simply booking an appointment. And next time, if you want to go home, just say that and please donât ruin someoneâs hair and day at an inconvenience to you. If a refund is possible we would appreciate it. The owner however was very nice and welcoming - thank you.

Oh baby, I look fine! Carla did a magnificent job with my hair today. Iâve been going to Locks for a couple of years now and can attest to their quality and care. The environment is welcoming and the team is skilled in translating my ideas to an artistic expression that I wear daily. Thank you for being so awesome Carla!

Carla is a fantastic stylist. Her expertise, attention to detail, and consistent performance are hard to find. I always get compliments after she does my hair. In addition, the salon is a well-run and exemplary business: Customer focused, good layout, active in the community, and competitively priced. I highly recommend Locks Salon!

I had a good service but the pricing caught me off guard. Taylor gave me a wash, cut and blow dry. She was friendly and personable. My haircut was good and she followed my directions. My hair felt clean and shiny. I was a little surprised it was $78, plus tip. I paid a total of $95, which I felt was a little overpriced for the experience, this is a strip mall with no frills. At least offer me a beverage đ

Thank you for leaving us a review. I am so sorry that the price caught you off guard. The price unfortunately is the cost of doing business. We charge $39 for a 30 minute service, which makes an hour service cost $78.00. I try hard to keep our prices very close to our cost per hour is.
