I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment (10am) with the "open" light illuminated I open the door, and a woman in the back hollars over "we're not open" before I can even finish telling my toddler we have to leave she let's out a loud sigh and repeats herself. When I say okay we'll just wait out in the cold (38 degrees) she scoffs and says it's not that cold out. Haircuts were performed by another person there and were great, but in the beginning it wasn't a very welcoming experience.

This place tried to charge our card for a service they did not do. Scheduled an appt for my son and they called and cancelled it but then they tried to run our card for the haircut anyway...unbelievable. we wont be coming back. The haircuts were not that great anyway, they had a girl who did amazing work but shes no longer with them so no loss on our end.

Listen, Normally this place is fantastic, the staff is very friendly and theyve got free games and drinks! but I would warn an air of caution, espically if you can not see without glasses, because sometimes you will get your hair cut far too short, and come out looking like harry potter, wich I cannot stress enough, is a very terrible thing to look like. Not a great understanding for mid-length men's cuts.

I have been here three times now and love this place. Using their site to book appointments is very easy and helpful. The staff have been very friendly and it provides me with a relaxed vibe. Zsanett has been awesome! My hair is awful and difficult to work with but she handles it without any issues.

Their sign by the register states, “Your appointment time is a commitment, not a suggestion”. We were first time customers with 7:00 & 7:30 appointments. We were still waiting for the first appointment to start at 7:25 (the one stylist working had a client they had started what appeared to be only minutes before we arrived at 6:55). There were 4 of us in my party (1 adult/3 teens) and only 3 open chairs. So, one person had to stand the entire time and was never offered an alternative place to sit. We were offered a drink but declined not knowing we’d be waiting so long. After the initial offer, we were never offered a drink again. After being checked in, we were never spoken to again. No apology for the disregard to our appointment time or a thank you for waiting. At 7:25, since the stylist was still servicing the original client at that point, I chose to cancel our appointments. I stated this and was simply told, “okay”. Based on my personal business practice expectations, I will not be trying this establishment again. They may not always be like this, but for the initial experience, I am highly disappointed.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Very clean and super fun decor and atmosphere. Husband will only come here for his hair cuts and I can see why, I haven't come to wait before but it was a great experience. Felt comfortable just chilling waiting. Husband also never knows how he wants his hair so they successfully translate his vague instructions into handsome cuts.

If you need a nice hair cut and shave then Diesel Barbershop is indeed the place to go. The staff are very friendly and can take care of pretty much any hair needs. Their service is the best. They even offer you a drink. The hot towel and shoulder massage service is a big plus. A shout out to Sarah and Katelynn. They are the best. I would highly recommend them.

First haircut in Colorado and I will go back. They gave me a beer while waiting and the service was very good. I liked their reservation system, easy to use. I would recommend.

I have not been to an actual barbershop in decades. I called Diesel Barbershop this morning and I decided to try again because the customer service was great on the phone. When I arrived for my appointment, Kai greeted with a smile (under her mask) and a hello. My son came with me and wanted to shave as well. Kai signed him up on the walk-up sheet and we both were seen. No muss, no fuss. I got my head and beard shaved and my goatee trimmed. The hot towels were hot and the cold towels were cold. They felt great. Kai took her time, was great with communication and showed real attentive listening to my stories of my family. After finishing up she walked me up to the front cashier and wished me a great day. After paying for everything, at a fair price for all the service, I stayed and played on an actual Donkey Kong cabinet video game. With the great 80’s motifs and music, I had a fantastic experience and will be returning.

My first time there, nice people, they did a good job. I will for sure be back for next haircut, they also do beards but they didn't do it this time because I had did it myself the night before but for next time for sure. Thank you😎
