These guys are just the best, first time I’ve experienced a fun barbershop environment. Hilarious people. John specifically is the best, trust that guy with your life

I used to go there for Year's, I work in Hospitality and my appearance means a huge deal, complements form my team and guests were flowing non stop. Now I just moved to UAE and boy oh boy I'm struggling to find a good barber. Laughter and jokes for days till tears dropped sometimes, I miss you all, and thank you Keyton and Austin, I wish you all the best.

Austin’s Barber Shop is the place to go! I’ve been going to Austin’s for almost 8 years now! Special thanks to Keyton! 5 stars any day!

I specifically asked for Austin to cut my hair. You know, the guy whose name is on the barber shop. He almost poked my eye out with the scissors. Seemed like he wanted to give me a bad haircut. Avoid this place like the plague.

Owner's response

Hi j thank you for feed back . Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We will be sure to have a talk with Austin about how he is using his Shears around clients.

Awful haircuts both times I went in. The second time it was like he wasn’t even trying. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he gave me a standard fade anyways it will take a long time for my hair to grow back.

Solid business here. Young, old, whatever - asked for someone who knows how to cut 1984 hair. Peyton knows his job!

Patty did such a great job, and was very kind to squeeze my boyfriend in for a quick trim. Turned out great.

Edit: picture or not, it’s objectively a bad haircut. Austin used to do a great job cutting my hair… in fact the first picture is a haircut he has done for me. I asked for that. Even length bangs—fluffy hair. This was the result. He does a great beard trim though!

Owner's response

Wow thank you for your feedback Ethan . Sorry I didn't give you the haircut you were looking for . I wish you would have showed me this picture when it was time to cut your hair we could have been more on the same page. We'll best of luck to you on your move hope you find a better barber. Probably show the picture next time cause that would totally help out your experience.

I had the absolute worst experience at this barbershop and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. The moment I walked in, I was hit with a nauseating stench—like a mix of stale sweat, mildew, and something unidentifiably rancid. It was so bad I nearly gagged. The barber himself was no better; he reeked of body odor so strong it could peel paint, and every time he opened his mouth, his breath assaulted me with the foul smell of rotten onions mixed with more BO. It was unbearable. When I politely asked him to cut my hair a little shorter, he rolled his eyes, huffed, and started complaining under his breath about how I was being “too picky.” His attitude was completely unprofessional, and he acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking for a basic adjustment. The cut itself was uneven and sloppy, like he couldn’t be bothered to try. The whole place felt dirty, the service was awful, and I left smelling like I’d been trapped in a gym locker room for hours. Save your money and your nose—avoid this place at all costs.

Owner's response

Hi Henry I am very sorry you had a bad experience. If I could get alittle info from you about when did you come in ? And where was the guy sitting that cut your hair and his name ?

I’ve been coming here since I started going to CU and it’s been amazing. The barbers are always nice, and it’s easy to have a conversation with them. I’ve been going to John and he’s a very talented barber, definitely recommend him. Definitely a 10/10 place, they know their stuff.
