My son had an appointment at 10:15. Nobody showed up. I called and spoke with Tim who was very rushed to get off the phone. Not professional at all. Did not even think to apologize. He mentioned he had stuff going on and was not going to make it in and didn’t know when someone was going to be in to open the store. I booked through the booksy app when I went to go back and cancel the appointment he stated the I “no showed”. Very unprofessional. And on top of it the owner or whoever went out of their way to text my personal phone saying “unprofessional and apologetic that's crazy” is actually crazy. Do not recommend this establishment at all!

They must have figured out how to call out of work to binge watch Netflix like their Facebook says 🙄 no one showed up to take care of customers with appointments.. dont waste your time...

I went Sunday August 17, 2025, with my son to have a haircu for back to school, there is big barber with long braids this guy is really rude, it was almost 6hpm, on the website it says they close at 8hpm, i drove from Lakewood, i was cutting a customer hair, i asked first if there are still open, he said, he is taking care a customer, i asked him if i can wait for him to finish after he can take my son, he said he dont know how long he is gonna take, i said i got you but if you want me to wait for you, i can, he said dude, i will be ready tomorrow, do you think im gonna rush for you, its really unprofesional, you are a barber you know what you gonna do for customer, he already told you what he wanted, you could estimate how long its gonna take to be done, but he prefered to bully me, im gonna be ready tomorrow, dude i brought all the way from lakewood to Aurora bringing you my money, he so rude, i went to another one, i got full service and i gave 10$ tip.

The owner is a great barber and the shop is very nice. It's like the barber shop you want to continue to go to for years. I've been going for 2 years now. #HiddenGem

I went to The Buzz once and it's still been the only time at a barber where I looked at myself afterward in a mirror and immediately realized "this is the haircut I want for the rest of my life." Tim nails it every time. I've been coming here for years.

Legit the worst barbershop in Denver I gave them two chances once with me and the second with my son I walked in and it was completely empty they had two barbers and I asked if they had time for a walk in for my son. They acted like they couldn’t be bother and one accepted after they argued who was gonna take it. My 5 year old son does good with haircuts he doesn’t move or complain or anything. But the barber was being super rough with him and treated him like he was like a rag doll. My son was sobbing and all the hair was getting in his eyes because the barber just didn’t care at all. And on top of that his haircut was horrible uneven line up and everything. I recommend the barbers get their attitudes in check no one wants to get cut by them.

Before going to this place for a haircut, make sure to read the reviews carefully. The negative reviews are a clear indication of the poor service provided. During my own experience, I felt like I was being treated like a child, and my haircut was completed in just five minutes by an overweight stylist who couldn't even stand up straight. To make matters worse, the stylist claimed to have a meeting to attend and rushed through the cut without care.

Had an appointment for 1 pm. Walked in 5 minutes early and checked in and was told my barber was just finishing up someone else's cut and it would be a few minutes they didn’t have the best attitudes from the begging .... but fair enough. @ 1:40 I asked the guy at the front if it was still going to be awhile and he told me yes everyone was really behind. I get your busy but then A.) Don't over schedule appointments - learn to tell someone no so they don't end up writing a terrible review about you later. B.) When I get there don't lie to me and tell me it will be a few minutes - give me the up front honesty that you are running over 40 minutes behind so that I don't waste my time sitting in your establishment for nothing. Terrible

Got an extremely fresh haircut here recently on a Sunday and got in and out in about 30 minutes. The barbers here are experienced and very skilled. This is a spot that I know I can definitely go to in the future and not have to worry about whether my fade will turn out okay or not. I highly recommend this barbershop.
