This barber shop sucks a lot, they don’t ask how to cut your hair or beard, even you tell them how to cut they would definitely make you look so ugly. Last time they made my beard completely disgusting and mustache aaaahh ridiculous, like Charlie chaplain. Zero star for this barber shop and the nonsense barbers. Left whole chunks of hair on my head, when asking for a straight blade shave. Neck is irritated beyond hell, because he doesn't understand the concept of wetting a blade or using enough shaving cream. I can have a cleaner, closer shave at home. Why anyone would spend money here is beyond me. This was the worst experience I have ever had and will never return. Jacob should not be working here if this is the work he does. I'm appalled I spent $50 for this, not worth $5.

Walked in today very upset regarding a prior service. I went to VIP lounge down the street and we were not treated right. Not sure if the barber was upset because he had to take a walk in or because he had to cut a child's hair. Anyways he messed up my son's cut. I went to New Age Barbers immediately after and they corrected it. I was so worried because my son has picture day tomorrow. I am so happy and so relived these men helped and were patient and heard me out. Thank you. These are photos after the haircut was corrected by New Age Barbers.
