I don’t want to come off very rude. I got my hair cut multiple times at this place and it was perfect. *However,*I recently got a cut and walked out with multiple scratches and knicks that are noticeable along my hairline. I’m not saying don’t go, but I’m also not saying it’s trust every person with keeping their blades sharp.

My son went in to get his hair cut there, I came in 10 min later (at the time there were 2 barbers cutting) when I walked in NOBODY GREETED MI! 1st red flag 2 more men walked in and got greeted🤔. Later on I went outside, and the owner walks by and sees me outside his shop, well at least he spoke☺️. IF THIS IS HOW THE BUSINESS IS GOING TO BE AT KOLD KUTZ THEN ITS NOT WORTH IT, it's been a hour and my son is still in the the chair 2 customers have left already, then they tell my son that they only take cash and not card 🤔🤨🤯😳😲WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!! All my son got done was his sides cut and his mustache and beard and the charged him $40 over priced!

They don't know what their doing! I asked for a LINE UP!!!! This idiot cut off a decent amount of my hair and now it's completely uneven!! Thanks for ruining my hair!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! A Line up is a line up!!! I did not ask you to shape my hair!!!!!!!!! Their garbage 🗑

I called to see if they had some openings for a haircut. And he just hung up the phone on me. People like this don't deserve hard workers money. When all I was trying to do is support black business

I called 5 hours ahead to make sure I could come in to get a 5 o’clock pm haircut after my shift (they were closing at 6), they told me “that’s great, see you at 5”. I arrived at 4:45 and the ‘open’ sign was off and building empty. I guess they just decide when they want to leave regardless of what they tell their clients. I went across the street to Mi Gente barbershop and they gave me an EXCELLENT cut, even though I was a walk-in. Mi Gente does better fades, better price. Don’t waste your money here.

I called to schedule an appointment. They told me to do a walk in so when I walked in, they told me to sit down and wait. Literally sat in the store for almost 3 hours without getting service from anybody. They only told me I was next until I was about to leave the door. Poor service, not returning.

Reading the other reviews I am shocked that it actually says that they had a good customer service experience. My experience was completely opposite of good customer service. Was not greeted just stood in the door way with my 2 boys and literally had to say excuse me can I possibly get two cuts today, remind you the shop was not busy at all. A barber replied " yeah we'll get em in" as he stood with no client in his chair and eyes in his phone he didn't even bother to make eye contact " I said " great! do you have time frame" he then responded as rudely as he could and said " I said we'll get em in, what else do you want me to say? I responded " nothing actually, say less and I'll go else where. Perfect example of how it can be hard to support Black Businesses. Give curtesy, kindness, respect acknowledgement when you are running any business but especially a small one. I now go to the barbershop on Mississippi and Abilene just FYI. Sorry Not Sorry!

This shop had the best barbers in Denver. Have Rashaud hook you up. Been going twice a month for the last 2 years. Never once a bad haircut. Everyone I've sent that way has walked out looking fresh.

I’ve been looking for a good barber since I moved to Denver a year ago. Black gave me a cut even though I was a walk in and he was about to leave for the day. He was quick but didn’t rush and his line work is CRAZY!! I found my shop!
