Zero Flexibility, Zero Understanding - Take Your Business Elsewhere I called ahead to let them know I was running late due to a family emergency (my child was injured). I was already 5 minutes behind and estimated I'd arrive in 7-10 minutes—possibly 2-3 minutes past their "grace period." The response? "If you're over 10 minutes late, we have to reschedule." I explained I was only in town for the week and couldn't reschedule. Their solution? Charge me a cancellation fee anyway. My dentist is more flexible. My doctor is more flexible. Even my veterinarian is more understanding than this. Life happens. Emergencies happen. A rigid 10-minute policy with zero consideration for circumstances—especially when a customer calls ahead—is poor business practice. I understand policies exist for a reason, but good businesses know when to apply common sense. This wasn't it. I won't be back, and I can't recommend them to anyone who values customer service over inflexible rules.

Rebecah G. is the absolute best of the best. It's always a challenge for me to find a good barber shop that not only cuts my hair exactly the way I like it, but also that can do it in a way where it grows out nicely too. Go see Rebecah if you're looking for the perfect cut and fade. Bonus: She's super hot too!

The establishment in question is one of the most aesthetically pleasing and customer-centric barber shops I have had the pleasure of visiting. The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and professionalism, ensuring a highly satisfactory experience. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment and recommend its services to anyone seeking a superior barbering experience.

Amazing experience! After calling 5 salons in Weho for a simple bald fade on textured hair, Baxter Barber Shop got me in with Erik and he SLAYED my cut! Within 2 hours of calling at that! Thank you so much for being professionals with ALL hair types and skin tones!

Been in LA for years now and hadn’t found a consistent place and person to get my haircut from, but it finally happened. Kieffer is not only great at cutting and styling hair but he’s a super nice and great dude to talk to. My first time in I told him what haircut I usually get and how often I tend to get my hair cut (which isn’t often) and he immediately went to work. He gave me a great haircut that lasted me around 2 and a half months. Now he knows exactly what works for me and it’s super convenient. Would highly recommend.

Love this shop, I've been going to Francisco for years. He's amazing at fades and blending so if you need a good fade, I recommend booking with him. All the barbers at Baxter are great but Francisco is my guy. He never disappoints.

The first barber I went to here ended up moving shortly after I started coming here but I ended up with Kieffer and I am so happy it worked out this way. He’s fun, kind, and has given me some amazing cuts, even when I tried a new style for the first time. I’ve mixed up my bookings before and he’s always been so gracious about it and I could not ask for more from a barber. He has my loyalty as long as he’s cutting hair!

Great barbershop and people. However my search for a barber continues in LA. I have been to Rudy’s, Manly & Sons, Hammer & Nails, Legends and now Baxter & Finleys. I still can’t get a barber to blend my hair on all sides. I guess it must be a basic training issue with all barbers in LA. Every time I ask for 2 guard taper and I make sure that I say that I want it connected on all sides (I even show pictures). I still end up with the “LA cut” which is dated and leaves you with extreme differences in length from the top to the sides (PICTURE). If anyone can recommend a barber in LA that can properly blend or taper hair from the top to the sides without the disconnection then please 🙏 let me know!!!

Absolutely LOVE Jasmine here! She’s done my haircut since I’ve been in LA and every single time I get it cut, I get several compliments on my haircut. She’s very professional and supportive. LGBT affirmative too. Never had a single complaint about this place and especially Jasmine.

Great old fashioned barber shop catering for any time of hair cut not just a barber plus all the Baxter products to buy on tap.
