Awesome Barbershop. The Barbers are very knowledgeable and the atmosphere in there is really chill and inviting. Wish I would of went to them sooner while in Simi Valley.

Worst barbershop experience. I show up to ask for a walk-in, the person there takes 5 min before even acknowledging I’m there. Once I ask he responds he doesn’t have anything which is understandable, so I set up an appointment for the next day. I get a text and he literally tells me if I decide to cancel to click on the link in the text message. I ended up having to cancel so I did exactly as he told me too. I end up getting a call the next day from the barbershop, no hello, no good afternoon just “ hey you had an appointment at the barbershop”. I say “ oh yes I canceled yesterday”. They straight hang up on me. Very rude and disrespectful behavior. Would not recommend this place with plenty of other accommodating barbershops around town.

This barber shop is one of the few good ones in Simi Valley. The barber shop is really clean and it looks nice. The barbers are really nice and welcoming. JR always does a great job with my hair and my weirdly shaped head. Will definitely keep coming here!

I wanted to love this place with confidence from word of mouth. I'm not happy with the final results, I accept I walked in and did not research the Barbers or inquire further. But I was confident in the word of mouth. The line was minimal, customer service of the intake was on par. The Barber assigned was not very interactive or talkative. I saw the final product, nothing in between. There are multiple reasons for the lack of satisfaction 🙁

I’m one of those people who like to think that they can line their own beard up pretty well. Well…compared to Cynthia I’m horrible at it. I came in looking for a line up and walked out looking ready to conquer the world. Her experience and judgment with what looks best is absolutely top tier in my opinion. I absolutely refuse to go elsewhere to have my beard done. Cynthia did incredible and I’m so glad I went in there today. Friendly, very reasonably priced, great with a straight razor and overall good company. Thank you for the great work and I’ll be back in two weeks.

Super awesome environment, great staff all around, and a fair price for a great haircut. I go to Gus personally, but I've heard great things about a lot of the people here. If you're looking for a great place to get your hair done I can't recommend this place enough.

This is a great shop for a haircut. You have 5 or 6 grade barbers the atmosphere is light. It's clean and in general everyone seems pretty. All stylists say hello when you walk in and goodbye when you leave. I don't care what the status quo is it still sucks paying $35 for a haircut, but since I have to I'm pretty happy doing it here. My guy Justin, interesting conversationalist and great personal back story. Do yourself a favor and give it a shot.

Absolutely incredible on all levels. Made a last minute appointment the evening before and was able to get two 10am slots for my son and I. Unfortunately, one of the Barbers had to reschedule for noon. No problem there. He reached out and gave me options in a timely manner and that’s great customer service. No complaints there either. Cynthia took care of me at 10am and did the best cut I’ve had in years! My boy got his at noon by JR and also had the best haircut in years. He claimed JR as his forever barber! Great atmosphere, very clean, friendly service. That’s our place now! 6/5 stars!
