I feel like I could write endlessly about how much I love this salon. Sarah, the owner, has been doing my hair for many years. As a hairstylist myself, I can confidently say she is extremely talented at what she does. No one else has ever given me flawless color the way she has. Watching her create this beautiful salon has been such a joy. If you're lucky enough to get on her books, you are truly blessed! Kendyll has also worked on my hair, and l'd highly recommend her as well. All of the stylists here do beautiful work. I don't have personal experience with the barbers, but after coming here for years, l've seen amazing work from them too. My son gets his hair cut here as well. it's truly the perfect salon for the entire family. All around, this place is top-notch. The talent, the immaculate vibes. it's one of my favorite places to be. I'd rather be at Black Sheep Salon than any Beverly Hills salon out there, any day of the week.

This was my first time at a hair salon after a few years due to fear of a stylist cutting my hair wrong and I was very nervous, but this hair salon was better than I could have imagined. I had also booked a consultation since I didn’t know what would best suit me. My hairstylist was Kendyll. She was very friendly throughout the appointment and patient when hearing what I wanted and didn’t want as well as when I would ask advice as to what would best suit me. The experience was great and the atmosphere was very calm and peaceful. Though this place is hidden and could easily be missed when passing by, it is worth visiting. Overall, I had a great experience and plan on coming here for any matters concerning my hair!

I had been going to another Barber Shop for some time, and they just couldn't get my hair cut the way I liked it consistently. I looked up this barber shop and found it had great reviews so I tried it out. It was fantastic! Brian Martinez finally got my cut right the way I wanted it! On top of that he offered fascinating conversation! I will definitely be going back. Thank you, Brian, for the excellent cut!

I met Jared at my prior job while serving tables and he recommended coming in. Had to check the place out, and have been coming in for about a year now! Haircut is on point, whether showing photos of the type of cut you want or simply just describing the style. Customer service is incredible, with a very friendly atmosphere and fun vibe. Fantastic place, highly recommend! Shoutout Jared for being 10/10 barber! Appreciate y'all!

Litterally the best place ever! Ive never ket abyone touch my hair! Ive never dyed and got it done! This place is the best they take such good care of you and litterally is the place to be! Its like im in Beverly hills! Im not kidding go here and book! Genuinley ill never get over this experince everyone was so kind and careing! I got coffe and they had snacks, genuinely felt so welcomed! I got my hair done by Sarah and oh my goodness genuinley i kid you not she is an angel, she is the kindest,most caring,funny person ive ever met! Ive looked into salons but none like these. This is the place to go! I will be going here everytime i need a trim or anything! Genuinly best experience ive ever had and if i were to pick betwesn disney and here i kid you not i would choose here! If your looking into places come here you wont regret it! And if i could rate it more than 5 stars believe me i would vote it! #blacksheep!

Cristina has been doing my hair for over 10 years, and I wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else. She’s so patient, attentive, and always knows exactly what will work best. She has the kindest energy and brings so much light into every appointment. I always leave loving my hair because she gets it perfect every single time. On top of being incredibly talented, she genuinely cares about her clients and makes every appointment enjoyable. If you’re looking for a stylist you can rely on and feel comfortable with, I can’t recommend her enough.

I moved to Simi Valley five years ago and tried several barbershops before finally finding someone who could consistently nail my high fade. I was never fully satisfied—until a friend recommended Erica at Blacksheep Salon. From the first cut, I was impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail. The entire team at Blacksheep is great, but for the past two years Erica has been my barber and my kids’ barber, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She’s an amazing person and an incredibly skilled barber. I highly recommend Erica to anyone looking for a clean, precise, and unique style of cut.

Holly at BlackSheep Salon is incredible! Her knowledge of hair color and cuts is immediately apparent—she really takes the time to listen and explain what will work best for your hair type and goals. I felt completely confident in her expertise, and the results exceeded my expectations. The experience itself was just as amazing as the service. The neck pillow at the hair wash bowl made it so comfortable, and the snacks and iced coffee were such a thoughtful touch that made the appointment feel relaxing and luxe. I always go to Erica for my haircut. She does an amazing job and really takes the time to personalize each cut and style. We even hired her to do my hair, my dad’s, and my brother’s for several events for my brother’s wedding, and she was great every single time. Erica is always on time, professional, and truly cares about her clients. You can tell she takes pride in her work and wants everyone to leave happy. I’d highly recommend her to anyone. She works at The Black Sheep Salon & Barbershop in Simi next to Campos. The shop is super clean, friendly, and has a great vibe. Definitely check her out!

Not your mom’s hair salon! Love this shop. Holly has been cutting my hair for 15 years. She is the best. Whole shop has a great vibe.. I could hang out here all day listening to music and chatting with the barbers/stylists.
