Been coming in for about a year now. Service and haircuts have been top notch. Brenda, my hairstylist is very knowledgeable and always gives great recommendations! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new place to get a haircut.

Came in early on a Saturday morning and Brenda cut my hair. She did an amazing job turning my hair into something more feminine and cute. I have a very short pixie that takes a lot of skill to do (or do Ive been told) and Brenda knocked it out of the park! She had a purpose for everything she did — from the specific type of scissor to the manner that she executed the picture I brought for her to use as a reference. She didn’t just copy the picture (like many stylists), she gave me what I wanted by cutting my hair according to how it grew. When I stood up from the chair, my hair fell beautifully in place with no product needed! The haircut was also $30, which for a ladies cut, so very hard to find. I will definitely be coming back!!!

Went to His and Hers Barber Shop in Simi Valley and I’m so happy with my hair! Brenda really cares and listens to what you want. She did an amazing job with my cut, color, and blow-dry. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to His and Hers Barber Shop in Simi Valley for well over 7 years, and I couldn’t be happier. Brenda always does an outstanding job — her attention to detail is second to none, and I consistently get a great haircut every time. The shop has a welcoming atmosphere, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reliable, professional barber!

The barber Ceasar gives the WORST haircuts. I my hair was 6-7 inches long and he made me bald. This atrociousness has costed me so much during a party I had to go to an hour later. I was feeling mocked as I sat there in tears. My condolences to my hair that was trying to grow out to look good. Ceasar has made me lose confidence in myself and I strongly prefer for the HOA to check if he even has a barbering license. If has one it must be taken away because a trim does NOT mean go bald. Next time I see you im calling the feds, police, and the cia. My hair was my property and you took it away from me without my permission and thats a felony.

I didn't realize how truly awful my haircut was until I left my appointment yesterday, and now I'm horrified and planning an appointment elsewhere to get this fixed. I should have known something was off when the woman cutting my hair barely asked any questions before she just started chopping. I told her I had layers and tried to demonstrate what I wanted, but she just said "ok" and started with this. Not only that, but she didn't even wash my hair or wet it entirely before she started. She finished the cut in less than 10 minutes, and looked distracted the entire time. Then, she started blow drying the hair she hadn't even washed, and I had to say something because I could see the oil in my hair. She just laughed and said "yeah I noticed it's oily," and I had to insist she wash it before starting the blow dry over. The lighting was not good in the shop, and it was also boiling hot on Monday when I went in with no AC, so I got out quickly after paying and tipping - which I wouldn't have if I got a proper look! The layers are so uneven, the bottom is uneven, and there's massive visible chunks of difference. I still can't find a way to style it that makes it look decent. I do NOT post poor reviews lightly, but this is truly the worst haircut I've ever gotten, and now I have to go somewhere else to fix this, and it will have to be so much shorter than I wanted initially. It just makes me sad and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else that trusts all the other positive reviews.

I had the most absolutely wonderful time Getting my hair done with Adriana at His and Hers Barbershop and Salon! They have a Wonderful atmosphere and provide a great service! I couldn’t have been happier with the results and have been looking to go back to a more vibrant red for a long time now, but haven’t been able to find the right Stylist until I came across Adriana. She even hooked me up with all her favorite products she recommends to keep my hair healthy and help to keep the red stay vibrant And reduce fading. I will definitely be returning as this was a wonderful experience And I am looking forward to My next visit !
