Visiting Santa Monica and took a chance on Tel’s and happy I did. Very friendly guy, took time and care, took pride in his craft and moderately priced. 5 Stars for sure.

Great haircuts, great guys, and great price! I’ve been getting my haircuts here for a year after my old barber moved away, and I had been struggling to find a place on the west side that I liked. I’ve now had haircuts from all 3 barbers, and they’ve all done a fantastic job. Since coming here, I’ve loved every cut I’ve gotten!

I’ve been coming to this barbershop for quite some time, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is chill and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They always make eye contact and greet you when you walk in and when you leave, which adds a nice personal touch. The haircuts are top-notch every time. Plus, you can tell it’s a family-run shop that’s been around for ages, which makes it feel even more special. Highly recommend giving them a try!

I was introduced to this barbershop about 2 1/2 years ago. Ever since I’ve been coming here, I’ve built relationships with all the barbers there. So every time I go in now, it’s a great experience knowing that I’m gonna get a great haircut and a genuine conversation. When you walk in somewhere and they call you by your first name, and know exactly what you want to get done to your hair without having to tell them is unheard of nowadays. This barbershop is one of the few old-school shops left and I would highly recommend you to get your haircut here.

Best Barbershop ever. I’ve been going here for 8+ years and these guys are absolute gems. It’s the definition of a mom and pop shop passed down over the years. Extremely fair prices and best bang for your buck. Jimmy and Drew are the best. I can’t rave enough about how much they care about their customers and making them feel great after they leave. “Crispy and fresh” cuts everytime!

I've been going to Tel's for over 5 years and they have been the best barbershop in LA since I moved here over a decade ago. Jimmy takes incredible care in his craft and I've never walked out wishing I'd gone to anyone else. It's also a very reasonable price for a haircut. 10/10 would recommend.

Tel's is an incredible, historic family run barbershop. I've had great cuts by both Brian and Andrew and make the drive from Studio City just for them. It's a great experience and I'm very happy I found this place.

Amazing place with a great local barbershop feel. Everyone here is great, I always have Andrew do my haircuts, and sometimes Jimmy as well, both of them I highly recommend. Both are very talented and Greta at getting the right cut for you. Great cuts especially for the price with very friendly staff. Definitely a Santa Monica staple in the community!
