I’ve been bringing my son to Val’s for about a year now, and we couldn’t be happier! It’s really easy to text and book an appointment, which makes things so convenient. Val always takes the time to check in with my son about what he wants, and the haircuts are always clean and well-blended. Great atmosphere, great service we’ll definitely keep coming back!

I've been going here for my haircuts for about a year now, and Val is a terrific barber. Not only does she give great haircuts, but every haircut includes a shampoo and styling afterwards so you can go right back about your day without annoying loose hair. And she does all of this very quickly/efficiently without sacrificing quality! I'm almost always in and out in 15 minutes, which coupled with the fact that you make an appointment means I literally only need to spend 15 minutes out of my day to get a great haircut. 10/10 recommend giving her a try!

Val is the best barber I’ve ever had in Santa Monica. I’ve tried others, but she always nails it. What I love about her is her attention to detail, ability to listen to exactly what you want, and consistency in her cuts. She’s also super fast without compromising quality, which is a bonus. Plus, she’s dog-friendly, so you can bring your furry friend along. She does an awesome beard trim and offers some really great shampoo options. She’s been my go-to for years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been looking for a good haircut in Santa Monica for years. Finally found Val and couldn’t happier with the results. Love the feel of the barbershop, the cut was the best I’ve had in over a decade, and she is definitely my new go to for haircuts, and beard trimming. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Best Haircut and Fade in the game! I’ve been going to Val for several years and she is by far the best barber I’ve ever had. My fiancé is obsessed with my hair after I get a fresh cut from Val. She is quick and efficient both with haircut, beard trim, and shampoo wash which is great for my busy schedule. Val even cuts my kids hair too so it’s one stop shop for us. She has a heart of gold and is a master at her craft, highly recommend Val for anyone in need of a great barber. 10/10!

At Last! I moved to LA and have been searching for the place where I felt at home, got a great haircut at the right price, and most importantly, found the right person! Val is a real professional, she cares that I’m happy with my cut. I’ve always been impressed with her skill, and the way I look when I leave. Val is a keeper
