Just found this place on Google and went for the first time this morning, wish I'd found it years earlier as it's close to my home. Great experience all around -- Chris did a thorough good job, and was also an interesting/engaging conversationalist. Will be back!

Nate is a miracle worker. I had the same hairstylist for 8 years and I had to see 10 people before I settled on her. She stopped cutting hair and I was worried I’d never find someone in the Bay Area I could trust again. I got lucky coming in to see Nate — his first cut was great, the second cut was great, and he’s been transforming my hair for it to be what I want. And he’s a great guy and fun to talk to. You’ve got to see Nate!

It’s difficult for me to find a barbershop where you feel comfortable and can actually relax and have some good conversations. I first got cut by Charlie about 2 years ago and haven’t stopped going since then. He listens to what you request and if asked, is great at giving advice depending on the type of hair you have. Always a great experience when it’s time to get cleaned up!

Charlie was awesome! Skilled as can be, detailed attention to your cut. Great conversations to be had and great location with plenty of parking in back. Will try and make my way out to him whenever possible. Stop by and leave fresh 👍

I’ve been going to Charlie at Gents Barber Parlor for the past 3 years, and his craft never ceases to delight me. In my wife’s words, “You’ve never had such nice, consistent haircuts!” Charlie has perfected the balance between precision and style, and every visit leaves me feeling my best. The shop itself has a welcoming, friendly vibe, and the whole team creates a great atmosphere. It’s a bit of an underrated gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. I look forward to many more years of excellent cuts with Charlie and the crew at Gents Barber Parlor!

I've got my haircut here by nick a couple of times now. He does an amazing job. Consistently, some of the best haircuts that have ever had. Recently I had him trim my beard and it's never looked better. I highly recommend any guy who cares about their appearance to hit this place up

I have been in several barber shops in the Bay Area and all over the country. In my opinion gents was the best one by far, service, professionalism, vibe, easy parking, cleaning!! The owners are extremely friendly, talented and hard workers !!

Have been there for last 3 cuts. It's good for men. The ambience is also good. The people working here are sports fan. I once had traditional shave here. The hot towel part was great. But the actual shave was a little weird. Not satisfied with the shave. The place is good but they don't accept cards, any cards. It's cash only. Now some of the barbers have Venmo. But not all. So you have to have cash or go to target for the nearest ATM.

My wife bought me a gift certificate to see Nick for a haircut and beard trim. I've been a regular ever since. I really look forward to coming in now. It is always great to come in and is actually really relaxing for me. Its also great to talk with the guys there. There is always are something interesting or entertaining being talked about and they have a great atmosphere!
