Barber (Joel)here totally ruined my son’s hair. I showed him a picture of what I wanted , a high fade and he gave him a buzz bowl cut. Plus I had to wait over 15 even though I had an appointment

horrible experience, called in to try and schedule an appointment but got sent to voicemail. so i proceeded to make an appointment online but after i made it for this location AND PAID FOR IT the barber texts me that i need to drive to San Mateo for the haircut because that location is closed even though i was able to make an appointment there. so i just told him to send a refund and i can go somewhere else but kept persisting to go to San Mateo. Just asked for refund and no reply after that so i got robbed for $50 and no haircut . DO NOT COME HERE OR YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!

Have went with Alex VR the last 2 times and he has been excellent. His attention to detail and knowledge of cutting hair made me feel comfortable especially when I asked for a style change. Highly Recommend.

Elevate Barbershop provides excellent services. I got a haircut from German (the Owner) and I was completely satisfied with his service. He cleaned my hair up and refreshed it very well. He was also very friendly and I would 100% recommend him. The atmosphere is also very relaxing and spacious and you’re guaranteed to have a wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend you stop by for a haircut sometime.
