I have been coming to this barbershop for a long time, but I’m very disappointed with how I was treated. Several times, I was skipped while customers who came after me were taken first, and their names were not even in the sign-in book. When I tried to ask about it, Kim raised her voice at me and then sat down to wait for the next person. I even had to use Google Translate in the store because they were speaking another language. I felt like they were purposely ignoring me, and she asked Lan to take another customer instead of me. I felt very disrespected. I only expect fairness and respect.

Disappointing. Awful ugliest cut I've ever seen. Who cuts like that. Uneven! No symmetry no uniform cut.

Great (always short, unless told not to) cut & price. Now , 2” bucks— more than worth it.

I’m a guy, and I had decently long hair. Emphases on had. I asked for a trim, and she proceeds to cut my hair so short that it stood on end. This happened the day before homecoming.

Do not come here to get your beard cut. It was a freaking disaster! I had a nice manicured shape going in and I just want the ends cleaned up a little bit. This is the most jacked up beard cut I have ever seen. If you can't properly cut and shape a beard, don't take the job... Never again.

I’ve been coming to this barbershop for years. There used to be a barber who truly listened and carefully followed step-by-step what I asked for—never cutting more than needed. Unfortunately, after he left, I had no choice but to continue with someone else at the shop, and that person was Kim. Over the past few years, Kim has consistently failed to deliver the haircut I ask for. Every time, she cuts my hair differently, completely ignoring my requests—even when I’ve shown her a picture of her own previous work on my hair, she couldn’t replicate it. I always ask for just a trim, but she ends up cutting way too much, leaving no room to fix it afterward. There have been multiple occasions where my hair was clearly uneven, and I had to drive back a long distance just to get it corrected. Sadly, Kim seems more focused on raising prices and expecting tips than on being accountable for her work. She does whatever she wants, regardless of the customer’s input. This has been very disappointing, and I can no longer recommend her services. If you value consistency, professionalism, and someone who actually listens to your haircut preferences, I suggest going elsewhere.

I brought my son here for the first time last week and his hair looks great! The prices are good and there wasn't a wait. I think the stylists name was Kim, she was awesome. Will definitely be bringing my son here from now on.

You have to ask for Kim. She does the best job. However they have raised their rates. I now pay $25.00 a cut for my son. That doesn’t include tip.

Nothing but good things to say about this barber shop. I've received consistent professional service for years here. The barber knows me and remembers my cut. For a small extra fee they'll fix my hair at a long length. Fair because it takes a little extra time to do. I have straight full hair, with four cow licks the right grows back the left grows forward. I have a mole in my rear trim line and if you go too short, it sticks up and looks funny. I've always received professional service here. There are nay sayers commenting about the lady barber on the phone. That's the boss, note she cuts hair, handles business AND other things while cutting hair. She works hard and manages so others can focus on cuts at their stations. Never missed a beat with my cut and I don't have easy hair. Still best price best value in RSM town, hands down. Not solicited, I'm a loyal long time client. Of course, recommended :) Bests~
