Tony did a phenomenal job! My almost 4 year old toddler said he wanted a fade, but hates getting his hair cut. Tony was patient, reassured, and explained things to my toddler. We left with a wonderful cut got my toddler. We will definitely be coming back to Tony specifically.

Stylin! These guys really know what they're doing! I always get the perfect haircut every time! I've been going here for years! I even send my friend here and recommend this place to everyone. You'll always get an excellent haircut here. Very friendly staff and owner, with excellent pricing! Ask for Lazaro. He's the best!

I followed Shaz over to John’s MV location. Shop is cleannnn! I needed to cleanup my beard due to some DIY hacking. Shaz delivered his attention to detail & precision as usual. Good vibe in the shop. All the barbers were cool & clients looked happy. Continued success fellas✊🐲

Eric is an amazing barber, and the typical gal who intakes people does a good job. There’s a guy filling in for her now probably because she’s having a baby. This guy that’s filling in is an uneducated, power tripping, zero customer service skills kid who won’t even look me in the eye when talking to him. He told me there’s apparently a 5 minute grace period (which that’s not even a grace period—that’s the amount of time it takes to take a quick restroom break before walking in) before he auto cancels your appointment. So he tells me I can still be seen by Eric but it will be a wait. So I wait 35 minutes after which he tells me that Eric now has an appointment right after his current one. So obviously I’m ready to leave but want to ask about the “confirmation text” he was telling me about when I first arrived. I told him I got no confirmation text. After finding it in my Unknown senders folder I see that the text is simply a message sent at 4:36 (1 minute after my appointment “grace period) not asking for confirmation but rather just telling me this dude canceled my appointment and recorded me as a no show. I half expected him to tell me I had to go to the principal’s office at that point. I told him it wasn’t a confirmation text and he stubbornly denied it and said it is one. I told him “it’s just a text telling me you canceled my appointment, so you mean confirmation as in you’re confirming you canceled my appointment?” To which he replied “it’s a confirmation text.” Imagine that. All while telling me if I wait almost 40 minutes I can be taken care of by my barber I booked with only to be told “just kidding!” Pathetic. They better lose that guy fast. Those are the kinds of people who ruin good establishments.

BEST Barber shop you can Find. Jon the owner is an exceptional Barber I would recommend him to anyone but the entire staff is really good as well. You will have zero regrets when u leave and I’m sure will be a returning customer. Save time by setting up an appointment but there walk-ins still find u a spot quick. I have been going to them for 2 years now and wouldn’t even try anywhere else. Also the shop is very clean and has good music to relax to while getting a fresh Cut .!.

Excellent experience! I took my 5 year old to John who was incredibly patient and kind. My son HATES getting a haircut and usually has a complete meltdown halfway through at other haircut places. My son didn’t cry one time. John made him feel safe and special. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you John 🙏🏼

Made an appointment for 9am. I showed up at 9:04 and they gave my appointment away. When I asked if they had a grace period, the manager (pretty rude guy) said that they give a 5 minute grace period and he cancelled the appointment 9:01. Huh? If you give a 5 minute grace period, then you should cancel the appointment at 9:06 and since I was there at 9:04 I should still have my appointment. The guy didn't get it. I won't be going back to this location. I found the manager pretty rude and the experience to be very opposite of customer service.

Johns barber lounge is one of the best barbers in oc!!! Always have been amazing! Staff and vibe is cool. always professional. I saw a review that said that they take too long LOL. If u want to get a quality haircut u want ur barber to care about every grain of hair. This ain’t no run of the mill place. The barbers here are super talented and always on point with the haircuts!!! Highly recommend and they recently opened up in RSM too super dope spot! I’d recommend making appointments. Best way to go. Help our small businesses and be safe not stupid! They are taking awesome precautions for the pandemic. If that bugs u that brings me back to my point about being safe not stupid!!!
