Great experience here! The shop is clean, bright, and has a nice vibe. I enjoyed the process and was very satisfied with the end result. I got a very short cut, and my barber really nailed it. I also brought my three year old grandson in, and he handled cutting his hair with patience and skill. I would definitely return again! Thanks gentlemen!

The place is ok. It was overpriced for a simple fade. I'm not impressed. I can get the same haircut at an old-school barber shop for half the price, and this was during the so-called happy hour pricing. I can only imagine what they charge then.

The interior has been recently updated and looks very nice. There's sports memorabilia on the walls along with TV's and lastly good music playing. It's a very cool vibe in there! I have been going to Mike's for about 4 years now. I have always had a great experience. I get a taper fade number 1 and a beard trim. Mike has always looked out for me. I call or text for an appointment and he responds in a timely manner with a date(s) and time(s). It should also be known, there are other barbers working there also - walk-ins & appointments are served! Lastly, Mike's also has weekly promotions on discounted haircuts. I believe Tuesday and Wednesday are the "Happy Hour" days! If you're looking for a solid cut with great people, you must give Big Mike's an opportunity. I'm confident you'll walk out of there looking so fresh and clean!

I recently visited Big Mike’s Barber Shop for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone there was incredibly friendly. I’m not great with names, but the gentleman who cut my hair did an outstanding job. The haircut was clean, precise, and simply perfect. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service. I’ll definitely be returning for my next haircut!

If i could give 0 stars I would’ve. The hispanic guy with neck and face tats cut my hair while he was either high or drunk. He also offered me a beer too when I sat down in the waiting area even though I’m under 21. He proceeded to cut my hair on top unevenly everywhere. He even accidentally shaved too high on the side of my head and ended up shaving the hair on top of my head. $40 is too much for a haircut with this service and skill like this being totally honest. Now all the hair on top of my head range from being super short or super long, had to go to another shop to get fixed. I used to go here a lot with my brother, never will again.

I visit and walk around the shopping center, I saw the Barber Shop and took a challenge here being a women, I register myself in the waiting list and wait my turn since a young men was already waiting. Staff polite and nice told that my cut should be just straight, meanwhile I focused in the job of each Barber with the male clients; Then, other man came without appointment after me and he did not register himself and there was availability for next customer and suddenly the guy after me was receiving his haircut. Fairly, complaint about it: WHY THE DIFFERENCE? Next Barber invite next walking male person. Seriously, hearing the complaint, better this last gentleman got up and gave the place for me. The struggle is with personnel, for some reason there is a Walking List and a Barber in charge of the Business where priority is for customers with appointment (and the owner who greeted and came straight to get his haircut before me). As certified professionals they develop variety in their job: trimming, fades, long hair, curly hair, line ups, taper and Designs. Why do not challenge oneself and take initiative like with all regular customers. Why does supervisor have to ask staff if wants to give a haircut to a female client. CUSTOMER REGARDLESS OF GENDER. Mainly, I chose Gonzalo because of how he worked with his former young client's hair, which was longer than the other regular males; Also because he was the first barber that supervisor asked if he would give me a haircut and he agreed to do it (even though I wanted it faded and with a design). Most important, showing professionalism with this rebellious and tussle old woman no matter he was there working almost 8 continuous hours.

I called to see if they cut black hair for my son. They said they did and told me kids cuts were $15. So I made an appointment and they did a good job. I went back a second time. I made an appointment just like the last time, but when I went to pay they told me it would be $20. I explained that last time is was told kids hair cuts are $15 (my son got the same cut both times) the guy at the register says "it's more if you make an appointment." I explained I made an appointment last time and it was still only $15. He says "well I must have given you a special. I could charge you $35." I just say him charge a man and his son $35 for their hair cuts. So clearly he was just being rude because I called him out on his lies. I felt very insulted and disrespected. It's a shame they would treat a customer like that. My son liked this place and they did a good job but I won't go anywhere where they are so disrespectful.
