Booked a haircut for my son on their website. The place is nice and clean. Very nice customer service. The gentleman that did my son’s hair, did an amazing job. It is kinda pricey coming here for a boys haircut but we wanted to try it out as we have not found a good barber.

Got a low fade with my bun, but the barber never took the bun down and just cut around it. Now the cut is uneven and I have random short strands sticking out. Pretty disappointed with the quality of the haircut.

I have been taking my son here for a couple years. Jesse and Aidee always do an awesome fade. Being able to schedule an appointment makes it a lot easier.

My husband had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM and arrived at 3:45 PM — just 15 minutes late. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the front desk customer service representative was extremely rude and dismissive. Rather than offering any understanding or attempting to reschedule, she simply told him to “go elsewhere.” That is absolutely unacceptable behavior. A little courtesy and professionalism could have gone a long way, but instead we were met with hostility and zero customer care. This kind of treatment is not something we take lightly. We will never be returning, and we will certainly never recommend this place to anyone. If you value respectful, decent service — look elsewhere. They clearly don’t care about their customers.

Overall a great experience. My barber Wayne is very detailed in his haircuts. Nice guy and easy to chat with. Afterwards, he indicated to the receptionist to give me a military discount, which was greatly appreciated, but the receptionist rang me up for full price even after I said that Wayne would like to offer me a military discount. I still gave Wayne a 10 dollar tip for his services and professionalism. Maybe have the receptionist pay a little more attention next time? Outside of that, I greatly appreciate Wayne's time and haircut service.

I had a really frustrating experience at this barbershop. I booked an appointment expecting a timely and professional service, but I was left waiting past my scheduled time. Steve didn’t seem to care about punctuality or even offer an apology for the delay. To make matters worse, the haircut itself felt rushed and not up to the standard I expected, especially given how overpriced it is. For the cost they’re charging, I expected far more professionalism and quality. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be returning

I've been coming here for a couple years. They always hook it up with a great haircut. I highly recommend Jesse. He always leaves me looking great. Super professional and knows what he is doing.

I have gone to a few places to get my son's haircut. I always feel like they rush his cut and he's always unhappy. I really feel this place did a great job really detailing and taking their time with his hair. Since he is very particular on how he likes it. Wayne did a great job.
