Got my haircut from Anthony and had a great experience. He’s super chill, friendly, and really patient. He did a great job with my hair very close to exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for someone easygoing who listens and takes their time.

The first time I came, I was nervous but had a great experience with Robert, who took the time to cut my hair well and was very nice to me. The second time I came, I went with Luis C., who, first of all, double-booked my appointment and made me wait 30 minutes while he cut someone else's hair. Then he took me on and proceeded to spend 15 minutes on my hair without fully understanding what I wanted. At the end, he demanded $ 65 for a 15-minute service, whereas online I booked a $40 haircut for a 30-minute service. He was also extremely rough with my hair and pulled a lot of hair out from my hairline, causing redness and burning + hairloss at my hairline. I explained to him that I booked the 40 dollars for 30 minutes, but he did not listen to me and forced me to pay 65 dollars. I really did enjoy Robert and wanted to give a 5-star review because Robert is a fantastic person and barber, but the terrible experience I had with Luis C. was unprofessional.

Whether it was a booking error or a tech issue, Luis still worked you in as a courtesy, despite being fully booked.<br><br>You specifically requested a scissors-only haircut, which is a more involved service. Pricing is clearly posted online and in the shop. We always encourage clients to ask if anything is unclear.<br><br>Your mother was present throughout the service and gave constant, sometimes conflicting feedback, which made it challenging to complete the cut smoothly. Even so, Luis remained professional and respectful from start to finish.<br><br>There were several people in the shop at the time, and no one, including your mother, witnessed anything unsafe or aggressive. Luis is a master barber with years of experience and a strong track record in this community.<br><br>We stand behind Luis and how the situation was handled. We take pride in our work and the many clients who trust us every week.

Gerardo is one of the best barber I’ve been to. He listens carefully to what you want, gives clean, precise cuts every time, and always makes sure you leave looking sharp. He's friendly, professional, and a very nice person. Highly recommend!

I had been looking for a good barber for a long time, and after an online search, I found this shop with good reviews. I wanted to get a haircut from one of the experienced barbers at this shop. Unfortunately, they were not available, so I decided to get a haircut from GERARDO. First of all, when I booked an appointment on their website, there were no prices listed for many of the services, which I only found out after arriving at the shop. When I met Gerardo, I told him that I was willing to pay extra, but I wanted the exact haircut shown in the picture I brought. He said, “It will be done.” However, when he started cutting my hair, I realized he wasn’t following the style from the picture. After about 30–40% of the haircut, I couldn’t understand what kind of cut he was doing. When I tried to address it, he responded rudely and told me not to tell him again. I was very disappointed with his behavior. I don’t think a barber should act like this, especially when the customer is paying for the service — you’re not cutting people’s hair for free, dude. It’s the barber’s responsibility to listen carefully to the customer’s instructions.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. After speaking with the barber involved, we’d like to share his perspective on how the appointment went. He maintains that he remained respectful and professional throughout the service and that the comment you mentioned “don’t tell me that again” was never said.<br><br>According to him, he communicated through each step of the haircut to ensure you were comfortable with the process. The service became difficult due to continuous second-guessing while he was working, frequent interruptions, personal questions, and being shown a video of your previous barber with instructions to replicate it exactly. He also recalls you mentioning that you’ve been to 10 different barbershops and hadn’t found anyone who could cut your hair the way you liked, which raised concerns about unrealistic expectations.<br><br>He also shared that you made condescending remarks about his number of reviews on our booking site, which felt dismissive and unnecessary. Combined with the overall tone of your review, it comes across as unnecessarily negative toward someone who handled the situation calmly and professionally.<br><br>The barber said he felt disrespected at times, especially when you offered to leave a “good review if he did a good job,” which made the interaction feel pressured rather than genuine. Despite all of this, he remained composed, continued communicating throughout the service, and completed the haircut carefully and from his understanding, you were happy with the result when you left.<br><br>At the end of the day, the barber is not a punching bag. Just because we’re in the service industry doesn’t mean you can speak to us however you want. Our barbers are licensed professionals who take pride in their craft and treat every client with respect. Our prices are clearly listed on our website and inside our shop, and we are completely transparent about our services.<br><br>Mutual respect is key in every service, and based on what was shared, the barber handled himself with professionalism and integrity.

Anthony is a great barber but all of them are great too. I used to get great hair cut from Luis C and he left. All of the barbers are friendly and professional.

Extremely disappointing experience. I went in this morning and the barber just used the trimmer a couple of times without even touching the scissors. The result looks completely ruined. On top of that, they only seem to know one type of haircut and give the same style to everyone, without listening to what the customer actually wants. To make it worse, they charged me $60 for this. Definitely not worth the money or the service.

I've been going to Robert on a monthly basis for about a year now. He is great with understanding my needs and translating it into consistent cuts. Very clean shop and are constantly sanitizing everything. Spots do fill up but very manageable if you book 1-2 weeks in advance with their reservation system. Highly recommend this barber for great and consistent haircuts.

Robert is a very attention to detail barber. I come here whenever I am visiting from NJ and since the first cut Robert delivers beyond my expectations. He knows what he's doing. Shop is very clean and all the barbers are very friendly and greet you when you walk in. 10/10 experience as will be coming back.

I have been looking for a barber for my son since we moved to Fremont in March of 2021. We had a barber for years and were bummed to say goodbye. Company Barber is a proper barber shop with the highest standards. Nothing else like it in Fremont. From the authentic barber chairs to the calendar from 1951, you won’t be sorry you chose to get a cut here!!! (parking available in the back)
