Alex and the guys are GREAT đź‘Ť the best haircuts great atmosphere and everyone has a great vibe! They're all so great that it's hard to even take walk in's... I would book an appointment ahead of time because it gets booked fast!!!

So my first time getting a skin fade for me and didn't even give a good clean-up at the end of the air cut. So I decided to give Mario another chance. Book and appointment for my kids yesterday.. Around 1.30 pm, call him in advance just to make sure that he is still up to take my kids for air cut,otherwise, I will cancel the appointment. (He even told me that was ok bc he was taking lunch, so I will see him around 2 pm I talked to him and said that only 1 kid was going to get an air cut,which for me was ok. The next day, I can always come back.. Got 15min drive got there 2.05pm and some of the other guy's talk for him..saying that he was waiting for to long for me.So he CANCEL me at the end and make me drive for nothing ..plus he didn't even say to my face or give a call back at least.. So now you know what Mario is like.. And if you wanna waste your time driven around.

Hey Yoyo,<br>When you make an appointment, you are expected to be on time. Our time is just as valuable as yours. Your appointment was at 1:30 and you called at 1:50 to make sure you would still get in. Our high quality cuts take about 30 -45 minutes, so I do not understand how you thought you could arrive late and still get the haircut you wanted. Mario let you know he would willingly give up his own lunch time to get you in, as long as you arrived at 2. However, you showed up at 2:10, which is 40 minutes past your original scheduled time. So yes, Mario left for his well-deserved lunch break. We value or customers and and consider our customer service to be of high importance, as you can see from our years in business and previous Google reviews. If you have any questions, feel free to come by the barber shop and talk to us in person. We wish you well, and good luck finding another barber shop.

I am new to the area and visited Alex's barber shop. Although I did not have an appointment, he was kind enough to work me in to the schedule. The end result was great too! Alex was detailed and finished by shaving my sideburns and neck. I will be back, but this time with an appointment.

Chris is the best!!! His haircuts are always modern and stylish. This place is awesome and all the barbers are great.

This was one of the best experiences my husband had at a barber shop. Alan was very professional and has mastered in his profession. I have never heard a man get so many compliments on his haircut and Beard. I did a full package for a Christmas gift to my husband . They offerer a after hours appointment at an extra charge but it was definitely worth it especially due to Covid my husband was the only one there. They also offer early bird for those of you with Covid concerns or high risk concerns. We definitely will be going back again and have recommended this place to many! My husband has been through a lot this year with a horrible accident and almost didn’t make it. With everything shut down and him being so high risk his hair was out of control. But Alan took great care of that and his confidence after his haircut was amazing to see. He felt like a new man and it was perfect for a new beginning for 2022. Thank you guys! Highly recommend this barber shop!

Writing this review to help out one of my favorite small businesses. I’ve been coming to this place for 8 years now. Always been professional, always provided a high quality hair-cut, and the value has been top tier for years! The busyness is a sign of the quality and value of their service. For newcomers, I’d recommend booking an appointment on Booksy (check early and often)! Or arrive real early on walk-in days to get your name on the iPad. You won’t regret coming here — the best barbershop in the Bay Area!

Been living in BayArea for past 13 years and could not find an affordable and quality place for haircut. Got lucky for my first visit that Alex was taking walk-ins. Best haircut ever!!! I set recurring appointment with them now and I don't have to wait for a sec. get there on time, get my nice haircut and out in 30 min. If you appreciate quality and want to get a professional haircut I would recommend this Barber Shop.

Terrible experience. One of the worst hair cuts I have had. The barber was rude and incompetent. He had no idea what he was doing and didn't even try to understand what I needed. As a result I have got uneven haircut looking really bad. Have to go to another barbershop again just to even out the cut. I didn't get his name but seems like Alex is the only one who is good but unfortunately he is always booked. If you can't get his appointment avoid at all costs. Edit: Answering the reply: I never complained about the wait time in my review. Also, I didn't ask to go shorter and shorter. The barber didn't listen or try to understand what I wanted, instead he made assumptions. I tried to make him understand 2-3 times during the cut. He just ignored me and continued doing what he had assumed. After the cut was done he started applying hair gel but I told him to stop and let me have a look because the hair seemed longer than what I wanted and not the same style I requested. He ignored that as well as continued applying product. Later after finishing what he wanted to do, when I told him this is not what I wanted he replied rudely and just cut the hair short from one side making it uneven. This was my first time here and didn't knew whom to speak with regarding this hence the review. Hope other's have a better experience but I definitely would recommend to get a appointment from a known barber.

I’m sorry this happed to you, but you did come 15 minutes late to your appointment, he tried working with you and you insisted to go shorter and shorter, even after he said that if you go shorter you will not be able to get the style that you want, but you still insisted, and if something bad happed you should have talked to Alex the owner, and he would have helped out, but why making a post like this doesn’t help anyone one out.<br><br>Reply to his reply.<br><br>Non-one said anything about YOU complaining about your wait, it was us complaining about waiting for you being 15 minutes late to a 30 minutes appointment.<br><br>

I've been coming to this barbershop for a few years now, and I honestly don't plan on changing that anytime soon. Fabian is my usual barber, as I like to stick to one person to always cut my hair. Although, I could honestly say that I'd feel comfortable with any of the barbers here, as they are all masters at their craft. I recommend you book an appointment as walk-ins can get crazy. Like I said, it's a great barbershop and they are really popular and book out about 2 weeks in advance.

It was a long wait and a bit of miscommunication while we waited but let me tell you about this barber shop: it's great. It has a vibrant and chatty atmosphere with lovely men working there. I didn't see any bad cuts or shaves while we were there. I feel bad because I didn't get the name of the guy who did my daughter's hair but he made her feel very comfortable. My daughter is only 10, people. She went in for a nape shave and design and came out a very happy girl. You won't regret going here.
