James is a great barber. He truly cares about what he does and always gives a good cut. A lot of barbers nowadays just rush through the haircut to get your money.. NOT James. He does a great job every time. I highly recommend stopping by and booking James for your next haircut

We love this place. They listen to what you're want ask to make sure but also going above to make sure it looks good. I have two boys and they always come here always love their cuts. Barbers are great.

I've been coming to this place for over a year now. Clean facility, great music, amazing staff, and phenomenal service! Highly recommend them. I love that I can book my appointments online too!

This is no longer Lenny’s Barber Shop. It’s all new management and staff and the quality is not the same. The kid cutting my hair was on his phone out of my view between each step of my haircut. I have to assume he was watching a video on how to do my haircut. He did not seem confident or well trained. Then at check out, they had the audacity to have the tip choices be 25% through 45 or 50%. Wasn’t pleased with my experience

Thank you for your review. Our barbers are fully trained and licensed professionals. At no point was anyone “watching a video on how to cut hair.” Stepping away briefly or looking at a phone does not mean a lack of skill or confidence, and making that assumption is unfair to the barber who provided your service. As for the tip screen, tipping is always optional. The percentages shown are presets, not requirements, and you are never obligated to tip any amount.<br><br>Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Great barbershop. Clean and good customer service. I’ve had my hair cut by different barbers and never had a bad haircut. The owner Russell is a great guy as well.

I used to come here back when it was called Lenny’s Barbershop, never had a complaint about how they cut my hair and went there because I saw the owner as a friend. Went to Lenny’s Barbershop for over 10 years before the owner sadly passed away. Once the new owners took over the place has gone downhill fast. The barbers used to be energetic and always making you feel at home, then the last 3 times I was in there they didn’t care about anything besides if I was paying or not and had no care like they used to (btw I went to 3 different barbers there, which 2 were there back when the old owners took was alive). So sad to see a place I went to for just over a decade fall flat on its face due to new ownership!

My grandpa gets his hair cut here regularly. The video included is him getting rockstar treatment before his 90th birthday. He looked like he was falling asleep in the chair he was so relaxed. Especially after she wrapped a hot towel around his face. This place is very clean and the staff here is awesome! They have individual televisions at each station so he can watch the game or fight highlights while he's in there. Customers can watch stuff while they wait too. We went on a week day and had an appointment, but there was not a long wait for people without appointments

Not gonna lie I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a barbershop in my life. My kids hairs. Both of them are completely jacked up when you put a part in somebody’s hair you follow the hairline. You don’t just put it in a random spot and now for pictures on Christmas, my kids hair Messed up and I had to pay with tip over $80 for two haircuts. Thanks for the great Christmas present for my kids.random parting

I pay Russell a visit every 2 weeks for the past 18 months and he always delivers the best haircuts along with the only barber I would trust my beard for a trim. The barbershop is always clean and I am always welcomed with a smile and greeting from his entire staff. 1st Choice Barbershop has earned a client for life.

Family member got the royal treatment today. Martin did it right!! Hair cut. Beard trim. Facial. Lots of Moisturizing. Head neck/massage. Products smelled great. He walked out feeling like a million bucks.
