just got out of this place and got a full refund for 35 bucks but it’s not about the money. My son is very special with his haircuts and I thought it Would it be easy to just go get a haircut.. They completely messed his hair up horrible the girl she’s still learning but they ain’t barber school anymore especially when you’re charging 35 bucks for a haircut if you still need more training go back to school. I’m very upset with the owners here for hiring people that are still in the beginnerlearning process. I can imagine how many people don’t say nothing. I definitely do not recommend this place. Do your research first before you get a haircut

I'm extremely disappointed in the manner my non- Spanish speaking husband was treated. From the moment he walked in and began speaking to the moment he walked out he was discriminated against and completely ostracized. He tried to explain how he wanted his hair cut, but the barber did not say a word and only nodded his head. Then the barber proceeded to give my husband exactly nothing at all like he had requested and did not engage my husband in conversation at all. However, when a group of men entered and began speaking Spanish while my husband was still having a haircut, suddenly the barber became animated and engaging and talked to these men whilst still ignoring my husband, his customer. I can only surmise that either the barber did not speak English or chose to ignore a white male who dared to enter this establishment without a grasp of the Spanish language. If the barber's goal was to discourage any future engagements, he succeeded.

Great friendly service! All ladies and one man. They are all respectful, nice, and Talented! Everyone here can cut hair! All types of hair..I'm mixed with Latino/Black (Blaxican) and they cut my hair really good! I recommend this shop! N and did I mention they are super duper quick!!

They don’t clean their machines. I came to this barber shop with some family and only decided to get a cut because I was already in the shop. I got a skin fade and the cut was decent. The next day my head was itching and within 2 days, I have the worst ringworm that I’ve ever had in my life. Tbh, it seems even worse than ringworm, I fear it might be something else. The cut was nothing special and I likely came away with an infection. This is first and the last time I or my friends/ family are going to this place. Terrible.

From out of town, I don’t know the guys name but he did a very decent job on cutting my hair today (mid-fade). I came an hour before they closed asked if they take walk-ins, then I only waited about 15mins. Simple. Also I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews about people showing up to this shop 20-30mins before they close. Look, showing up half hour or less before they closed when they all have people in their chairs already and no appointment was made realistically don’t expect a haircut. That goes for any barber shop really. My opinion it’s decent place if you show up at a decent time.

I rarely do reviews but this one definitely deserves it. I've been to many barbers around town, always give benefit of the doubt but this is 3 times to this specific barbershop with 3 different barbers. This last time was the last straw. Closer to my home and had a couple good reviews. But man oh man, I have never seen such bad customer service and a more unprofessional business than this one. They truly do not care for the customer. Regrets, definitely do not recommend to anyone. Very unpleased!

Excellent service, if you require a fast service it is better that you come from Monday to Thursday, since on weekends it is usually saturated and you should wait 30 minutes onwards. The service has been improving over time. As they say, "how you treat you will be treated".

Horrible service. I walked in at 630. Their sign says open...their hours state they are open however two ladies yelled they are closed in spanish. Don't waste your time going here. I told them about their posted hours and they ignored me. Just horrible

Owner should probably consider changing the hours of operation. Barbers are never there on time. Website says that they open at 8 and well it's 8:30 and no barbers. Wasting people's time. And reading all the other reviews about customer service, they are right. Unless the barbers know you personally, they won't even greet you. I've brought my boys to this location several times for over 10 years, through all the new owners, different barbers and different names but for some reason no matter the owner, the costumer service sucks. First impression is very important and well this place definitely doesn't give a good first impression.

Having been in customer service for many years, I've learned and believe the customer is NOT always right. Having read these reviews I decided to get a hair cut and see for myself. I was greeted politely and waited my turn. I was attended by the female barber. She asked me how I wanted my hair cut and proceeded to cut it as instructed. I am not one for conversation so I was happy she did not engage me in one. Over all, my experience was pleasant, stress free, and I liked my cut. I will be returning.
