Asked for the guy to cut my bangs barely above my eyebrows and even showed him where and then he gave me micro bangs and one of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten

My son went in for a cut. He told him to trim and take a little off. He did that my son said that is good. The guy then talked him in to going shorter and now it will not lay the way my son wants it. The plus is it will just be longer until he needs his hair cut. So disappointed. Will not return here.

Love this barber shop I’ve gone here for years and now my husband and son go here. Omar is my husbands go to he does an amazing job and Abe is the best with my son. (2yr)

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this barbershop. I reserved a spot for a haircut a day in advance, but they canceled my appointment the next day with no real explanation. It’s very inconvenient and unprofessional to cancel on such short notice, especially when I planned my schedule around this appointment. I expected better reliability and customer service.

Jalayne on a different email 1. I did make an appointment on the app vargo the barber declined it after idk why he did that 2. I gave good rating to kyno I don’t need to make them public 3. Yes I came for a lineup with an appointment, again I asked the barber if he was able to do tapers and line up because that’s what kyno used to do . That barber said no I said it’s ok, so why even try to do it if you’re not going to finish it. While Also saying you don’t have time. I honestly loved this barber shop. It’s sad seeing you paint this picture of how I was a bad customer.All around would not go here again. Why lie and say stuff like I just walked in with out an appointment talk to your barber. It’s not cool though u don’t have to lie. I hope you have a blessed day!

I usually go to this barber named kyno since he was the only barber I felt did good with my type of hair but he sadly left so I went to another barber by the name of Mike.I don’t know how he cuts hair. But I asked for a lineup, one side was arched and the other is just straight. Asked if he could taper the sides and back he said he was on a “Time crunch” . I was like alright since I just wanted a lineup but he ended up doing the back and not the sides. Should’ve left the back alone if you don’t have time to do the sides. Lineup overall felt rushed didn’t brush my hairline down ended up cutting a curl off. 1. I did make an appointment on the app vargo the barber declined it after idk why he did that 2. I gave 2 stars because the guy I spoke with first was very welcoming. I asked for the price before hand and he said $25. I got my son a haircut and went with an older lady that was available. She was done with hair cut and I gave her a $40 expecting $15 change back. This lady gave me back a 10$. I asked how much was the hair cut? She said it was $28 and she had no change so that's why she gave me 10$. So I don't mind tipping; I always do. But the way she went about it upping the fee and just taking my money not even allowing me to give her the tip, was kind of rude.

I asked for a VERY LITTLE amount hair off the top and he took almost all of my hair off (just a trim) If i could give it lower than a one star i would. I’ve been growing my hair out for the past 6 years and now i have to let it grow back to where i want it!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL, MISERABLE IN FACT!!! 😡😡😡

This is an amazing place! I get my haircuts here and here only. I like the staff and how laid back they are and they are amazing at cutting hair. It’s awesome because you can pay with cash or card. They have appointments and walk ins and I really enjoy the appointments. I can find my barber and see if he has any openings on the days I want. They are great with kids too! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!

This is what a barber shop should be Great people ,Great Seevice with a very cool environment. Omar is my barber he always does a great Job! This barber shop has nothing but high quality barbers
