I went here multiple types pre COVID with my kiddo. I have a simple haircut and they deliver. I appreciate the complimentary drink. While my kid was having his haircut, I could spend the time playing pool, which is more fun than sitting on my phone writing reviews of haircut places. I would go back, but I’ve found a different barber closer to home. Note: I saw other people getting more elaborate haircuts, I heard good things from them while I was there.

Not waiting long time but cutting is very quickly and finally we were charged over $40 for kids hair cut, absolutely will never come back.

Nathan does my boyfriend's hair and always does a wonderful job! He takes his time blending and making sure the cut is perfect. Skilled with scissors and clippers. LOVE Nathan couldn't recommend more!!

Something has gone down at this shop! We have been getting my son’s hair cut here for 3 years. I LOVED all the STYLISTS at this shop as they were very skilled with SCISSORS and CLIPPERS - Where did they all go ????? This WAS a clean and neat shop with beverages, magazines, and a comfortable waiting area. What happened? From the looks of it, all the great and skilled stylists have been replaced with clipper cutters who have no scissor skills. There is literally paint and plaster missing from the walls at each station where the license and photos of former staff used to be. There seems to be quite a lot of wall damage from removed items. Both coolers were completely empty. I tried to ask the Barber (clipper cutter) if the shop had been sold and she said no. I don’t believe she was able to understand what we wanted done with my son’s hair. She did not look happy when I said we did not want a clipper cut and that I wanted the front cleaned up and layered…. Definitely one of the worst cuts my son has had. She had sprayed his hair but did not dry it so it was difficult to see how uneven the front was as she had combed it back while damp. Worst of all, if you are paying with a card, they have the tips start at 25% of the haircut price and up! No custom buttons! I typically tip 20% as a base tip and increase for an excellent cut - but this one is awful! Mostly I am frustrated that I now have to start the search again for a new shop! We have always had to wait a bit on weekends but today the place was empty at 4 on a Saturday…..seems others have booths change too! They probably clipper cut ok but the price is really high for a clipper cut! If you know you want a stylist vs a clipper cutter, don’t come here

you should let people know if they come with kids, that you have to sign up as 2 people. wasted a lot of time to get rejected for our second cut.. either way - better options than yall in woodinville - please close soon.

Haircut for my son turned out terrible. Showing a picture of a haircut he always gets and what he got was not at all what we asked for. After asking to fix it someone else jumped it. While parts of his hair got better the front is uneven and faded differently on each side. His haircut is chopped. Not only that they charged us more than the kids haircut/fade price they have listed online.

Went in today and saw Vito to fix a very horrible cut from another shop. I’ve got very mixed b/w hair, so curls were all over the place. Vito leaned in and paid attention to the different levels of complexity involved in my cuts. Def recommend him for your mixed kid cuts.

Love the experience here, but stay away on the days we are here (we don’t want it too busy) … for you: Tue/Thu the waitlist is shorter. Because __Thuy__ is busy with my crew. Everyone here is excellent! This is the place you have been looking get for, finally!! No appointment needed!! Grab a drink while you wait for your 2nd haircut … 028

Of course, 028 has done it again. I’ve been going here for the last 2 years and never had a bad cut. If you want a haircut done right, 028 is always my pick. All the barbers and stylists bring a very comfortable, and efficient experience with the greatest atmosphere I can always have fun while doing something some people would call a chore. The equipment they use is always top of the line, with amazing prices. Shout out to all the barbers they’re all amazing. I don’t pick favorite barbers, but … *cough*(Nathan)

First time, and Lacey was great. Easy check in, a bit of a wait. Lacey asked all the questions and was reassuring ask the way along. Ended with a great cut, I will be back.
