Just had a horrendous experience and I will not be back. I booked an appointment for 10:45 online at about 9:30AM. I went in and was told “sorry, we had a walk-in come in and I need to see him first.” Normally? Not a big deal. But today, I had to pick up my daughter from school. 10:45-11:30 was the only time I had today to get my haircut. I’m going out of town for 10 days now, needing a haircut, expecting to get one (because I booked an appointment online), and leaving Goodfellas frustrated, angry and still crunched for time. Why allow online appointments if you cannot keep them? Extremely frustrating experience and I will not be back.

Anthony has cut my hair several times and does really a great job. He works around my busy schedule and does a great job on every cut. I highly recommend this shop. There's a good atmosphere in the shop and they make sure that you're happy with your haircut before you leave.

This is the second time my son has sat for over an hour only to have the barbers leave on him and not get a cut. He asked specifically this time if they had time for a line up then left him hanging again. This is very disappointing and frustrating we will not be back

I’ve been coming to Goodfellas Barbershop for over 5 years, and it’s easily the best barbershop around. E is an outstanding owner and just a genuinely great guy—he runs the shop with pride and makes everyone feel like part of the family. Kevin and Anthony are absolute masters with the clippers—sharp fades, clean cuts, and always professional. And when it comes to braids, Johnny is phenomenal. She does outstanding work—detailed, clean, and stylish every single time. Her talent and consistency are unmatched. Great people, great atmosphere, and top-notch service every time. If you’re looking for a barbershop that takes pride in their craft, Goodfellas is the place to be. Highly recommended! 💈🔥

Place isnt bad but the fades are always 50/50 they are either good or no fade at all. You ask for just a little clean up and they will take way to much off and have you wanting to wear a hat until your hair grows back. Unless you get eric, kevin, or the girl dont get a cut here for something important.

Took my son here for a haircut (tomorrow is his first day at a new school) we asked for an all around fade and showed a picture but this is what we got (see photos) THIS IS NOT A FADE OR LINE UP AND ABSOLUTELY BOTCHED MY SONS HEAD!!! on top of that we were charged $30!!!! I was mortified!!!!!

My husband had his hair cut by Kevin today and even before he told me where he got his cut from, I thought "Dang, that's the best hair cut you've ever had." Kevin spent quite a bit of time getting a precise cut and my husband was very pleased. Husband said that they were incredibly friendly, too. I'll probably get my hair cut there...

Went here today for my first post military haircut and Ms. Williams did not disappoint. Didn't know what I wanted so she showed me. Great job, 10/10 highly reccomend. See before and after photos below.

I just came from Goodfellas. Man they gave me one hell of a cut. I live in Federal Way but I go all the way to university place to get the best cut. Ah! Forget one thing. They make appointments, if you busy give them a call.

I called all the barbershops in the UP area to see who was open. Only Goodfellas Barbershop was. Im glad they answered. Both of my boys got amazing haicuts, one of the best. I will be coming back
