I’ve been coming to the shop for about six years since I moved to Tacoma and I haven’t regretted it since. Every time I’ve come to the shop I’ve have a great haircut and overall, a great experience. I’ve also used several different barbers from the shop, all who were fantastic. The owner Casey Is great at communicating and clearly loves what he does. The place is always clean, the products that they sell are great. I primarily buy the texture powder and the pomade. I even finally got my husband to come to the shop a couple years ago and we both come here regularly. I recommended it to many friends. Another plus side is the shop dogs Ginger and Tony are always so cute and fun to interact with when they are there!

Even though I’ve only been seeing Marco for a short time, it honestly feels like I’ve been going to him for years. From the moment you sit in his chair, you can tell you’re in expert hands. He’s professional, thorough, and genuinely welcoming, with a true mastery of his craft. Marco takes the time to ask the right questions, listens to what you’re looking for, offers thoughtful insight, and then works his magic. I usually give him creative license because I trust him completely, and he never disappoints. On top of that, being in his chair feels less like small talk and more like catching up with a good friend. He’s personable, easy to talk to, and a joy to be around. He also goes above and beyond with his services, offering far more than most barbers in the area. From waxing and straight razor shaves to what might be the best fade I’ve ever had, everything is done with care and intention. And when I say fade, I mean a true, unrushed, dialed-in fade. If you’re booking at Seawolf Barbershop, do yourself a favor and book with Marco. You won’t regret it.

Love this place. Sean does a fabulous job on my hair - an even better cut than the stylists at the salon I’ve used for years. He also cuts my sons’ hair and my three grandsons’ hair. Some of them have straight hair, some very curly. Sean gets it just right for each of them. Plus he’s a fun guy to chat with.

I brought my son in for a haircut with Sean and couldn’t be happier with the result. He’s incredibly skilled, patient, and really paid attention to the details. My son walked out looking sharp and feeling confident. Highly recommend Sean if you’re looking for a barber who truly knows what he’s doing!

Sean is the best!!! Got a haircut here after trying a few other barbers at other shops over the years who all had let me down in one way or another. Had my wife cut my hair for months to avoid barbers but after having Sean line me up I will be going back there whenever I need a fresh cut!

Horrible costumer service! All barbers need to work on blending the transitioning hair so many stray long hairs left behind. Also they shouldn’t be allowed to fine us for rescheduling but they don’t have to provide a free haircut when they cancel or reschedule. Very inconsiderate of the costumers time. I use my nickname for scheduling appointments as a hairstylist doesn’t need to know my full legal name and the issue is I had several stylists do a bad job hence why I felt the need to leave a review. Lovely shop but the standards of quality need to be higher for the price.

Hi, we can not find anyone under your name that has ever had an appointment with us. We also don’t even have someone with the same last name that would have been rescheduled. If you reached out to the business directly we could have tried to fix the issue. I have no idea who you are, who the person that had the issue with the haircut is or who <br>the barber is that you are referring to. No way to resolve this or address it in a constructive manner.

Of course the option to reply is not here lmao - I guess the business doesn't have walk ins? I guess not huh? Wonder why I am asked of I have an appointment or not? The $ amount that was mentioned could be justified if the company was appointment base only. First I "no showed" 3 times now Its 5 times? 🤔 I tried to call each time to reschedule for anyone who is out there reading this. Bc it didnt fall in THIER time line it was counted as a no show. The amount of times I was able to go in as schedule vs the 3 or 5 I was unable isn't comparable. Plus the tips? Lol okay Okay "no big corporations". Congrats, you picked your work. Not me. Do you not care about your long term customers you obviously have an issue reading? I work in sales - as stated Guess what? We have walk ins and mostly appointment based business. Im not calling my customers to ask them for commission if they miss an appointment. Its the nature of this business. You cant hustle thats not my fault - you cant adapt, not my fault - i'd never charge a customer for not showing up. Its just not good for business and shows the quality of work coming from this place. Talking numbers.. lol okay I pay my own health insurance. I also pay my own phone bill - Cingrats 👏 You understand what a career in sales is, right? You understand its a commission base work only? If a customer calls to reschedule or even doesnt even call/show up - im not going cry about it and call them up asking for commission, crying about how I have bills to pay. Not worth losing business over. You guys dont value customers. And, have no work ethic or drive for this type of work. Customer doesnt show up, especially in our line of work.. especially if your being a big boy and paying your own health insurance/bills - wouldnt you want to keep all your paying customers, especially the ones that tip? No, you'd rather cry about it and turn away business. Do I get compensation for being denied service out of the barbershop? I mean I did schedule an appointment. I will never recommend another person to this place again.

This place is just WOW, amazing!! I was stressed because I needed for my son to get a haircut ASAP. I found this place looking online and they had a same day appointment for 5pm. The moment I walked in I felt like I was finally in an actual barbershop. The place has a lot of classic touch and I just love it. We were greeted by staff and didn’t have to wait at all. Everyone was friendly and very professional. My son got his haircut in 45 minutes which usually takes more than one hour and I can say it’s probably one of the best haircuts he has ever had. Marco was great and did an amazing job; he was very detailed. You pay what you get and it’s absolutely worth it. I can’t wait to bring my husband.

Extremely friendly, excellent atmosphere, very cozy, will be back again. Amazing waiting area, dogs (sometimes) to keep you company. Super friendly, knowledgeable barbers. Extremely LGBTQ+ friendly. Offering all bells and whistles, so to speak. Amazing place to get a professional high-quality haircut.

My boyfriend has been going to Casey for a long time and after not having good experiences with other people for my undercut I decided to come to Casey as well. Casey does amazing work and I couldn’t be anymore thrilled with the way it turned out! I highly recommend Casey and will absolutely be going back for my next cut and design!
