Had a great first haircut with Michelle. The salon is curated with lovely decor. It feels very homey and relaxed. Ashley is also a delight to chat with and the two of them really make you feel comfortable. Michelle cut my hair with precise technique and was intentional about listening to what I wanted and making sure I felt good along the way. I would highly recommend this salon and I love my haircut, too. It’s so hard to find a new salon and I’m grateful my connections led me here!! Thank you Michelle 😍

The Singing Barber has long been a go-to spot and my one and only recommendation for a haircut. Great cuts, fantastic company and conversations, and good music that leave you feeling like a better version of yourself every time. Dmarkis created such a wonderful spot that we’re lucky to have in Seattle. As a new era begins with Michelle at the helm, after my first visit with her, I’m looking forward to her great haircuts, conversation, excitement, and passion for keeping the good vibes going. It will continue to be my one and only recommendation.

First time here yesterday. Pretty wowed by the experience -- more than a cut, this was a visit to the chiropractor (Dmarkis gave an intense neck massage while washing my hair that-- I swear-- made it feel better than its felt in years), and a visit to the therapist (Dmarkis skipped over the soft-ball "getting to know you" questions and right into big themes of personal-growth. Usually I keep to myself, but it was actually quite nice to have this exchange). Excellent haircut as well. Worth every penny.

Had a great experience at The Singing Barber. While travelling I needed to look for a place to keep my hair under control. Michelle's work was swift and precise, the result was exactly what I wanted. Simply the best. Better than all the rest. My entire family and most of my extended friend/framily group are now Singing Barber clients. My daughter, who lives abroad, schedules her Singing Barber haircut for the day her flight gets in. It seems to be an attraction point for interestin and interested people...I always have a great conversation with other clients while there. If you want a haircut that has you walking taller and feeling great, look no further.

I got my hair cut by Ashley today and I had an incredible experience. The shop itself was comfortable, clean, and inviting. The vibe was welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. I had some fun conversations with Ashley and others that made the haircut fly by, and at the end of it I got one of the best cuts I've had in a long time. I could not recommend this spot more!

I've been going to Dmarkis for my hair and beard needs for more than a year after getting a referral from a friend who also grew his hair out. Dmarkis has curated an excellent environment for good vibes, good people, and excellent attention to detail! Seeing him every three weeks to keep my beard in shape has been one of the greatest gifts to myself because I'm pampered and cared for each time. If he's not available, you can trust the other stylist to listen to you, let you take your time, and put their whole talent into making you look good. Now I look forward to having Michelle cut my hair, too!

I was firstly impressed with their website and how easy it was to set an appointment. I was completely blown away with the experience. Dmarkis was kind, professional, very talented, and he offered me some great hair advice AND life advice on top of it all. The shop was gorgeous, and the vibe was chill and relaxing. Come here for a great haircut and great conversation. Dmarkis has been cutting my hair for the last 5 years—since that first haircut my wife didn’t want me to go to anyone else :) Dmarkis’ new shop is a really beautiful curation of everything you want a barbershop to be- excellent haircuts, good people, a well designed space, and a true community center. Definitely check this place out, can’t recommend it enough
