I was looking for a new barber and tried Hugo’s because of its convenient location and reasonable prices. I’ve now been back multiple times and have received great haircuts from Hugo and Franky. Both are quick, efficient, and friendly, making for a genuinely enjoyable visit. If you’re looking for a no-frills, affordable, and consistent quality cut, Hugo’s is the place.

Best shop in Seattle. Hugo is a master of his craft and always delivers a sharp, precise cut. A huge bonus: he always takes care of my out-of-control eyebrows with a free trim without me even having to ask. Professional, efficient, and easily the best service in the city. Highly recommended.

Stopped in fresh from the airport to get my beard shaped up. Pretty sure it was Frankie.. Did an awesome job, better than I imagined and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this shop. Will be back next time I'm in town. Thanks Bro!

Just stopped by for a walk-in which they were happy to accommodate. They did a great job- my hair is super straight and sometimes hard to get looking just right... glad to say they nailed it. Will certainly be back!

One of the best barbershops in the city! If you have a busy schedule need a great haircut at a reasonable price. Hugo's is your place. I've tried many shops in the area and this one fits my haircut needs. Staff is friendly, quick and gets the haircut job done.

My new go-to shop. The barbers here are quick, efficient, and flexible- I'd left my reading glasses on a shelf, and the guy turned around and drove back to give them to me. I sent my son here, and for the first time he arranged and got the haircut all by himself, and came out looking sharp! My new routine is a clean up and then a quick brew at Project 9 across the street- two great tastes that go great together. :)

Came in a little late because I needed a last minute haircut for my new job. Didn’t realize it at first but he stayed open late for me and said he knew the importance a haircut can have. He was super chill, respectful, and friendly. That alone is excellent customer care that wins people back. Me included. FURTHERMORE bro gave me one of the best haircuts of my life. Girlfriend approved as well. This place is truly a hidden gem of Seattle. If you go here you will not be disappointed.

I've been to a number of barbers over the years, and Hugo is hands down the best I've seen. He is an artist with a buzzer and straight razor. I'll definitely be going back, he left me looking fresh and feeling confident. Thanks Hugo!

I was looking for a barber who could do a proper low fade for my 11 year old son and found Hugo online. I was able to book an appointment and subsequently reschedule easily through the Booksy app. Hugo was very knowledgeable about the various hair styles trending now and gave my son the best haircut he’s ever had, by far! He took his time, showing my son how to properly style the cut and he couldn’t be more pleased with his new look. Hugo’s definitely got himself a new loyal customer!
