Haircut was fine. Fast service though not overly friendly. Chair was surrounded by hair on floor from the previous haircut, kinda gross and never had that happen before. They were not busy. I recommend sweeping up before giving new cuts, or at least using a different chair.

Loved taking our squirmy little one here for haircuts when we lived closer. Even after moving across the lake, we'd make the effort to go to Epic. Rob, and everyone else we've encountered at the shop, has always been so kind and patient.

All of the stylists here are incredibly friendly. The salon has always been very clean and felt inviting whenever I’ve been in. Sierra always has made sure I’ve felt comfortable and even brings out snacks. I’ve had my hair cut and colored here for the past couple of years and have always been pleased with the results and my visit. The pricing is competitive, which is great considering hair upkeep is becoming a luxury item. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent experience for my kids' first haircuts that we went back recently! He's quick, quiet, flexible, calm and perfect for our family! So grateful to have finally found a barber!

Rob was awesome and did a great hair cut. He also did my beard, mustache and eyebrows which was all a new experience. Also had his daughter in the shop and was teaching her how to run the register. Good experience for my first haircut in Seattle, plan on bringing my boys here when they are ready for cuts.

I actually tried this place twice, because I gave this guy the benefit of the doubt because of all the great reviews on here. Thought he may have had an off day the first time, as our 1 yo looked like he was attacked by rodents after that visit. But no, went today with my 2 boys, and they both look like they've had a haircut from a butcher. The guy is super nice and got my little one to sit down and not cry, so there's definitely something to say for that (and the reason for giving 2 stars, not 1). BUT their haircuts... Let me just say that we're going somewhere else to fix it as there are a lot of forgotten long pieces of hair and some big patches where it looks like too much was taken off. I can just cry so close to Xmas.

Rob has been a life saver since moving to Seattle three years ago. Having very thick, wavy hair, some of it being coarse, finding someone who can cut that kind of hair well is difficult. I was very nervous to move 3,000 miles from the lady who had been cutting my hair for about 10 years since I had to go through many bad hairdressers before her. Rob cuts my hair even better than she did! Not only does he really know what he's doing, but he's one of the kindest people I've come to know here. It's an incredibly bright, happy environment, family-friendly, and I can't recall ever walking in without seeing a big smile on Rob's face. He makes everyone feel at ease, and his prices are pretty hard to beat! I appreciate him for so many reasons and recommend him to anyone in the area.

Finally, a good place to get a haircut at a reasonable price. Rob is great at what he does and I'm always happy when I leave. Also, it is great for kids. Everybody there seems to really enjoy cutting kids' hair (hard to believe, right?) so much kids come here too.

This is a fantastic barber shop. Rob is just a great guy, and he's always ready with a quick joke or a funny story. Very personable. He's also a great barber. Quick and consistent every time, and not too pricey. It can get pretty packed on the weekends, so if you can make in on a weekday morning or afternoon, I'd recommend that, usually you will have the place to yourself. I've had my hair cut here three times and I can definitely say that Epic will be my barbershop of choice from now on.
