I've been seeing Kelly at Capelli's for a few years now, and am always happy with the result. She is friendly, gives great conversation, and keeps me looking my best. I'll keep coming back here as long as I live in Seattle.

This is a long due post since I’ve been getting my haircuts with Max since almost a year now which tells a lot about the trust I have in him. Max is an amazing person and an excellent barber, every haircut is always on point. He’s attitude is always uprising, positive and he is always looking to take care of you.

Rae is the best. I’ve been going to her for every haircut for 9+ years. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone looking for a new hairstylist.

Coming to capelli's I always expect good service and I'm never disappointed. The the stylists are all great. They take care of you and then leave you with a feeling of good haircut with good service. Worth the money and time.

I've gotten my hair cut here a couple times and for the price (70+ after tax) the experience is extremely mid. Haircuts are honestly not much better than a 15 dollar cut. Additionally, I've had 2 separate experiences with two different barbers now where the haircut turned hostile when I tried to communicate what I wanted. The most recent time, I got up from my chair prior to getting my cut complete. I've never had a hostile experience getting a cut literally anywhere else. I think for the price, you can get much better haircuts and overall service/respect elsewhere.

This is my go-to spot for getting a haircut, the staff is professional and very talented. Max is an amazing barber, listens to you carefully and will work on your hair diligently until you’re satisfied. I live in Bothell but still travel to downtown Seattle just so that I can get a haircut from Max! Highly recommend.

Rae is the best in the business. I have been going to Rae for 10+ years and was thrilled to see Rae joined the Capelli’s Team. What an incredible addition. I’ll absolutely be coming back to see Rae on a regular basis.

Overall good experience with my stylist; but recently saw some very rude behavior towards another customer. The customer ended up walking away without saying anything and looking confused. I think it was unwarranted aggression and could have handled it much better. Very rude!
