This place is quite the scam. The Apple maps location for this spot takes you to the other side of the building, and arriving a little late as a result of this confusion, resulted in some snappy customer service. The person on the front desk said that I’m too late and they can’t take me in, which is fine, but as i walked out and back home i got a call from them saying that they will have to charge me for this. This is unfair since i did show up at the location, and it felt like they were charging me just because they had my credit card details now. Additionally, while booking the appointment i noticed that they had an open morning and the store was empty when i arrived, so i see no reason why they couldn’t have offered me my service. I even verified on the website that the next two hours were open on their schedule. To add to this, the person on the phone went on to say that I’ve been in before, but I’ve never actually been to this location, only the one on Westlake. Found this whole interaction very rude and out to get my money

I had an all around great experience. Their new barber, Jayci, gave me a great hair cut that I was very pleased to walk out with. She was very professional, very pleasant, and did a great job. Along with the superb atmosphere, I’ll definitely be going to her for my next one.

Had to get a last-minute cut before a trip, and my usual spot was booked up. At recommendation of a friend, I was able to schedule a last-minute appt with Max. The cut was great -- Max was able to give me exactly what I wanted (despite me not explaining it very well). Friendly atmosphere, in & out in 30 min, great attention to detail, and don't leave feeling itchy and covered in hair. I've since made this my go-to spot and would recommend Max to others!

Updated 12/7/2025. Great customer service. I had an issue, but just the fact they followed up personally, called me and talked through it to understand in detail what happened and then offer remediation, right there, Customer Obsession. That's exactly what we need from businessea. Five stars for being customer centric 🤩...

I booked a last minute appointment with Max. Like VERY last minute. I was a nervous wreck because I'd had a bad day and I told him I just wanted to get in and out. He got me in his chair and started trimming. He didn't force small talk and he acted with a sense of urgency — while not compromising quality. I received a very nice shampoo and a handsome cut and I didn't have to talk about my holiday. I hear they've also got beer on request. Anyway, it's a fantastic joint — go see Max!

Quick note to others who are unaware of such details like me. They charge for the service plus 20% gratuity if you cancel appointments over phone. Maybe they have some specific time requirement to cancel before hand. I was not aware until it happened so plan accordingly. The service is awesome but given the hard requirement and need to read the fine print would avoid using their service in future myself. Review regarding their service- The stylists are incredibly patient and accommodating—they take the time to understand exactly what you want and make sure you’re comfortable throughout. The best part? They keep detailed notes of your preferences, so every visit feels like a seamless continuation of the last. No need to re-explain your style—they just get it right, every single time. Highly recommended for anyone who values consistency and thoughtful service.

I have been coming to Capelli’s and seeing Megan for the past two years and I can genuinely say that she is one of the best barbers I’ve had in my entire life. For a large period of time I couldn’t get a haircut due to a cyst I have had on my scalp for about 4 years. Megan was the only person I felt comfortable cutting my hair and help prepping me for my procedure to remove it. Something that was very vulnerable for me but she made me feel safe and assured me that once everything was done and over with my first cut was going to bring me back to my usual self. After a few months I got my first official haircut post procedure and I felt absolutely incredible. Megan’s attention to detail, personality, and craftsmanship is top notch. Easily the best person to have cutting your hair and the best person to have a conversation with while you are in her chair.

My normal spot was booked up so I had to scramble and I made an appointment at cappelli’s because I have to go to a wedding in a couple weeks. I made an appointment with max and he was a consummate professional and probably listened to me more than my usual guy. I might have to switch to capellis in the future even though it’s a lot further from my house.

I have been a long-term, VERY SATISFIED client of Eve’s for years. I don’t have anything even slightly negative to say - instead only superlatives. Eve is consistently *****+ and when she’s away, her co-workers have capably and cheerfully filled in. I recommend Eve and Capelli’s without reservation.

I’ve been a customer of Capelli’ Barbershop for 4+ yrs. Eve has taken amazing care of me over the years and I love how truly passionate she is about her craft and her clients. The vibes are always fun and relaxing. It’s nice to have it in the neighborhood. I’m and small business owner in the Regrade area that appreciates the family feel.
