Really great and down-to-earth vibes! All the barbers I've interacted with have been so personable and chill, and the décor is top-notch. Sometimes, there is even a friendly canine in the waiting area ready to greet me as I walk in! It's a very low-pressure environment - I'm never made to feel like I'm obliged to schedule my next appointment ahead of time upon checkout at the current appointment. Also, as a terrarium owner I can't help but admire the plants in the glass up front!

I was really excited for my first appointment in a barber shop in over 10 years. However, day of I got a call from them telling me that the person who I was supposed to have the appointment with "called in sick". When I asked if I could do it the next day they told me that they were closed on sundays, which totally makes sense for a service industry location. They didn't offer me any kind of 10% discount or anything for the canceled appointment to try to make it up for me the next weekend. Either way not a great impression.

Just moved to Seattle and found my new Barbershop 💈 Highly recommend Heather, but all the staff is friendly and laid back.

Bruce did an amazing job on my haircut! On top of having a positive atmosphere, the shop had the cutest greeter named Dougie 🐶 I will be back 😁

I had gotten my long curly hair cut by someone else and she butchered my hair really bad to the point I decide to take a risk and get a buzz cut for the first time ever. I was nervous because after having long hair my whole life I didn’t know how it would look, and I wanted to work with someone that would listen to my concerns and make the process comfortable Amanda was absolutely amazing. 100/100 ⭐️ She looked at pictures I showed her and started off my cut with longer hair and slowly went shorter as long as I felt comfortable. I told her I wanted a soft, feminine look and she absolutely nailed it. I never thought about having a buzz cut before but I really loved it! If you’re thinking about trying a drastic hair change and want someone to help walk you through the process and take their time to make sure you’re happy then book your appointment with Amanda ASAP Also cute doggie is always a plus! The shop was very clean and professional

My new go-to barber shop. I booked my first haircut here back in the winter with Bruce and have kept on coming back ever since. Bruce is one of the most detailed, passionate, and thorough barbers you'll meet. Truly loves the craft and is a kind soul to top it all off. Can't recommend this spot enough!

Emy is the best person ever in Seattle. And this is why I’ve been there for a year because I couldn’t find as best barber in Seattle, my area, as her. Myself as Japanese living in America, I used to be preferably cut my hair by Asian as I assumed they know better about my hair style or quality because I never want to have white American hairstyle. I been to 5 different barbers in Seattle that has Asian barber but they never satisfied me at all, extremely short or treated me like a kid. Then I decided to go to here as it was close from my apt, I randomly picked person Emy and I was astonished her service and understanding about my ideal. I felt over the moon after her hair-cutting and always offers me the best quality… I really appreciate her and Barberella’s so much for taking care of my hair/order very well for a year. I definitely choose to go to have my hair cut when I will come back here. The best and most reliable.

Heather was excellent to talk to and did a fantastic job on my beard. Will definitely be back!!! The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing with interesting decor that will keep you looking around for the next “Oh, what’s THAT!?” Item. Probably the best barbershop experience in my life with very reasonable prices and welcoming atmosphere and attitudes. And they had some furry friends that just topped the experience 😊

This is a true hidden gem in West Seattle/White Center. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing with the best music and amazing people. They are covid safe & do such wonderful cuts!!! I will NEVER take my son anywhere else again. I’m thinking about cutting my hair short just to come here. I’m not even kidding. Go online and make an appointment now!!! I promise, you won’t be disappointed!!!! EDIT: I went for a haircut with Kellie & she did such an amazing job!! I look and feel so much better, and I didn’t end up cutting all of my hair off. Going on Friday for some color! Yes, Kellie is one of two barbers who does color!! Now I love this place even more!!
