My 1st visit here, Mohammad fixed a REALLY bad haircut I'd gotten somewhere else. Did a good job! When I went back for 2nd haircut / trim, there was more hair to work with, so, it was even better by then. Prices here are really good for Seattle (cough, cough, Rudy's). Better haircut for $20+ less? What's not to like about that.

Omar and Mohammad are the best. I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years. I always get a great haircut and have a good time watching soccer and catching up. Highly recommend.

Worst hair cut in last 12 years of my time in Seattle. I told the barber clearly how I style and compartment my hair to the right side. Surprisingly the same guy did a decent job last time (first time at this barbershop) and this time he cared for nothing. Just butchered my hair in 3 to 4 different places - basic 101 of cutting hair was missed. I can cut hair better than this with no experience. I had no idea what he was doing because these guys have a practice of turning the chair to face away from the mirror to watch TV. Horrible experience. Can’t wait for the hair to grow back - at least 2 months to get back to normal. Bad customer experience too but I don’t care much about it if the hair cut is good. I was shocked when he turned me around. Before and after pictures just so everyone goes here with both eyes open and monitor their hair cuts while cutting. According to barber he just trimmed my hair. Ridiculous.

Absolutely horrible experience, barber was extremely rude. Right off the bat called me stupid for asking a simple question if they accept cash. Did not feel comfortable with him cutting my hair so I left. Would recommend no one ever goes here. From the looks of it, it seems like no one goes there anyway, always dead with no customers and barber just sitting on the couch. 0 stars if I could

Mohammed gives a great cut every time and really pays attention to detail. The shop itself is spotless and friendly. Plus, there’s typically a kick-ass action movie playing on the big screen. This is a great barbershop.

Easily the best barbershop I’ve been to in Seattle. Mohammed did a fantastic job and has a great ability to work with you to get the specific cut you envision. The shop is always clean and has great movies playing. This was my second time here and will definitely keep coming back.

Mohammed is a class act and an excellent barber. His shop is always clean and he’s always happy to see his customers walk in the door. I’ve been going to 88 barbershop for 3-4 years now and I don’t think he’s ever missed 1 hair. Plus, there’s always some entertainment on the TV and we’ve had great conversations. It’s been great getting to know him and I fully trust his work.

Besst barbershop in town! I’ve been to a lot of barbers, but 88 Barbershop stands out with their attention to detail and precision. The barbers here are true professionals—they take the time to understand exactly what you want and deliver a perfect cut every time. The shop has a clean, modern vibe, and the customer service is top-notch. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. If you’re looking for a fresh fade, sharp lineup, or just a great overall experience, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I can't find the words to explain how happy I am to have randomly found this barber shop during one of my grocery runs. For a dude like me who hasn't gotten a decent haircut since the start of the pandemic, this place is magical. Mohammed is a master of his craft and charges very reasonable prices for his services. And he's such an awesome dude! The space is spotless plus I totally dig the mellow jazz playlist AND you get a parking spot in the back. Also, check out his highly rated line of Suavecito hair products. Definitely A+ all around. HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION!!!!!
