Filipino and family owned barber shop ♥️ I take my son here to get his haircut. They perform excellent work. My son is always happy with his hair cut. This place is by appointment only. You can schedule by using the app Booksy or by using their business phone number and request an appointment. They can take walk ins but only when it isn't busy and they don't have any appointments. Cash payments are not recommended they use Zelle, cashapp, or venmo. Not open Sundays closest 2pm on Mondays. Otherwise normally closes at 7pm.

I get my haircut with Mj, he’s really good at fades and scissor cutting the top. Plus he’s a great conversationalist. I would recommend Mj to anyone in the king county area because the haircuts are dope and at a good price

MJ knocked it out of the park. Told him what I want and he nailed it. Quality fade and great shape. Usually barbers struggle with my thick and defiant hair. Not today! I’ll definitely be returning.

Norm is my main barber. Solid dude with some of the best work I’ve seen in a long time. I Walked in for my first cut a few weeks ago. I haven’t had a good barber in years. Many barbers today charge an arm and a leg but don’t deliver on the work. Because of this, I’ve been going to chain shops for price point reasons. However, Norm delivers. So does the rest of the crew at Joel Perez Barber Shop. Family owned and run shop with friendly and superb service. I’ll be coming back for my cuts.

When I ask for a haircut, I want that haircut specifically, not a suggestion. When I ask for a fade, I'll gladly pay for a fade. If I wanted a something else, I would've asked for something else. But if you're going to suggest a something else, at least tell me why you're suggesting it, don't just say "how bout we do a low taper instead?" Just do the job and I'll pay up, no need for the yap unless you give reasons - it just makes things awkward because it feels like the barber doesn't want to do what you want.

Great barber shop. It's a chill atmosphere to be in, all the barbers are great but especially Anjo - always knows my exact cut when I come in. I live next to downtown Seattle and still drive down here for my haircuts because you need to stick with a barber you can trust.

These guys are packed with style and know exactly what type of cut my son wanted 💯 Now every time we leave the house everyone stops and asks my son who did his hair? Gotta tell em.. What an amazing experience. There were versatile barbers able to deal with ALL textures and types of hair, from naturally curly to silky straight. I watched them put out all the latest trendy styles from perfect fades to skilled tapers, I highly recommend LorenZO, but all are equally as good.

Norman is a hidden gem! This guy puts his soul into each haircut and does the most diligent job that I have ever experienced compared to other barber shops/haircut places. Consider myself a lucky one to be on his customers’ list. Best value for your money hands down!

1st time stopping in at Joel's Barber Shop. 1st thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the place was. My guy was ready to go for my 5:30 pm appointment. He was very patient and nice & I greatly appreciated that since I know cutting an 18 month old's hair can't be easy. My little man got way more than I expected. What I had pictured and what he got was totally different, but I am in love with the ending results. I think if my little one had gotten what I had pictured I would have not been happy. My baby was also very happy with the lollipop one of the barber's gave him (Thank You for that). Definitely coming back. I am more than happy I made the choice to come and try this place out.
