I took my son to get a haircut. The barber that cut his hair took over 30 minutes and couldn’t keep the same length all around the head. And there was still a line visible instead of a taper. Then when we got to the register, they wanted to charge me more than what their sign said. They claimed my son’s hair was “different”. Very bad experience.

Ive gotten my haircut messed up here multiple times. Not that i have a complicated hairstyle. All i want is just a cut on the sides of my head and not the back, and that gets messed up somehow. They can do simple haircuts, but not slightly complicated+, the price here is fair, and the speed is average, for what is is, id reccomend going somewhere else, but if your hairstyle is simple, this can work.

Terrible customer service! I came in for the first time to get a simple haircut, I showed a picture of what I would like to be, 2” on top & about 1” on the sides. The first thing the Asian man did was buzz cut the hair on the side of my head to about 1/8” of an inch in the first 5 seconds into the cut!! And says “good”? What am I supposed to say?? Glue it back on? And he couldn’t even speak English! I will never come back!! And I suggest whoever reads this doesn’t visit either!

These people are very unprofessional very moody. I showed them a picture specifically to cut certain way. They don’t understand. They have a communication problem, listening problem. I don’t know how the heck they’re running this business. The main lady is very mean. If you're having a tough day, it's essential to take a break. You shouldn't let your emotions affect how you treat your customers, especially when it comes to something as personal as their hair. Additionally, they charge extra by applying a credit card fee, and they do not complete the job correctly. very disappointing.

Been coming here at least 14 years for my cut. Great cuts at great prices. Owned by a friendly Vietnamese couple that always give the best cuts with attention to detail. Do be warned their hired hands may need correction on the type of cut, I personally always ask for either owner for my own cut.

Hey (DO NOT LET THE MEN CUT YOU), I’ve been coming here for years. The men are not going to give you the product you are asking for. Full stop. I’ve had enough cuts to understand the vibes after 5 years. >>>Only the women understand what you’re asking for <<< You will get butchered in that chair if you don’t let the women (who are exceptionally detailed) cut your hair. Let’s be transparent, we all come here to avoid higher price shops. The oldest male barber and the ladies are fantastic and make this such a gem. However… The bossier man is hilariously fast, not detailed, and is not adequately listening and he will not give you your desired fade, cut, or trim. I warned you. -3 stars for the oldest male barber (he’s kinda quiet) and the women who are under paid! It also went up to $21.00 from $18 back in 2024.

Great service. I've never had to wait for a barber, I show them a pic of what I want and they get me in and out in maybe 15 minutes. Place is always chill. I see a lot of guys bringing their kids in and the staff handles them well. If you pay with cash you'll save a $3 credit charge.

Most of the barbers here are better with clippers than shears. Good price, fast service. Today I asked one of the ladies to trim my beard and after feeling the clipper's edge slicing the back of my head, she sliced my neck too. Didn't quite break skin, but it is very visible and stings. She didn't say a word or even acknowledge it. Hope it heals before the holidays.
