Absolutely love the salon. I always believe looking amazing, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the owners are super talented and skills. I recommend this to anybody looking for unique and artistic skills and Washington.

I am so blessed to have found Cie Cie! She produces high quality work, you can tell she is knowledgeable about hair, and will steer you on the RIGHT path as far as taking care of your crown. Plus, the vibes in the shop overall are amazing. I always feel cared for and seen when I’m in her chair, and can’t wait to tell everyone who did my hair!

Ive been going here for 2 years now…. Never have I ever had a bad experience here! Ash has been doing my hair this entire time and I have 0 complaints. Her color match skills are ammmmaaaazing… even when someone changes their hair color days before the appointment 👀👀(don’t do that). When I tell yall only my mom and my aunt have been doing my hair the last 30 years…. (They live 1500 miles away now) Im piiiicky 🤣 ash has me looking right every time.. anyway! This shop is hands down my favorite place… I fall asleep 😴 in that chair.. I would 10/10 recommend ash for all your hair and SCALP omg I nearly forgot about the scalp treatment 😩😩 I have MAJOR scalp issues and it’s always a problem for me… 3-4 days into fresh braids and I’m usually always flaky and irritated but she did this scalp treatment and wash… it’s been a month almost…and literally not a single flake…. Anyway go get your hair done. Book that appointment for all your style needs! Be real and be respectful 😒😒😑 don’t go bringing negativity to my favorite place and make me regret putting yall on 🫶🏽

This rating is for the stylist, Ash not a reflection of her skills or the shop - I could tell they were just as appalled as I was but they did nothing to intervene. I have been seeing Ash for almost a year now and She does great work so I always tip her well - always do my best to support my black businesses and have referred several people. I booked an appointment on this past Wednesday, paid my deposit for a retwist and style. On Monday, I found out that I had to go to the office in downtown Seattle so I texted her immediately to let her know that I needed to move my appointment. She texted me back the next morning stating that I should of gone through the app but now, I cant because its under 48 hours so she cancelled my appointment and rescheduled it for Today at 1230 pm. She then told me that im losing half of my $30 deposit because I didnt use the app even though I did text her. I was shocked - I am a good customer who pays well and refers biz but she clearly needed the $15 more than I did so I let it go. She also warned us about a festival going on so come early and will likely have to park several blocks away. To avoid this issue, I had my husband drop me off at 1230 - I walk in, someone else is in the chair - i just sit down, thinking it will be just a few minutes. After 30 minutes, I ask her how long it will be, she says an hour - im shocked, she didnt text or call to say she was running behind. Instead of going off, I just go walk around at this festival for about 30-45 min. I come back, she still isnt done - she is literally taking her sweet time. I ask her was my apptment at 1230? She said yes - not one my bad or im sorry. I got dropped off so do i call my husband to drive 30 minutes to pick me up or wait it out? Im just sitting here - i need my hair done and she knows it and the anger is just boiling over at this point. I just pray to the Lord for strength cause I am infuriated with the level of unprofessionalism, poor customer service and plain ol' tackiness. I decided to wait - she said an hour but then an hour goes by, she is taking her sweet time - I look up its been 90 minutes, so I ask - about how much longer and she said 20 minutes.....I start reading again and then I look up and its been 30 more minutes for a grand total of 2 hours - she still aint done cause she's in the bathroom - she finally comes out 30 minutes later and then starts putting curls in their hair but I have never seen anyone move so slow....15 minutes goes by, Thats IT!!! I called my husband and told him to come and get me and now, I am posting so everybody knows what they should expect when dealing with Ash. She just lost thousands of dollars today from this pitiful display and i will be telling everyone I referred to her and anyone who is listening that she is skilled but the unprofessionalism isnt worth it. Its quite sad really - but this is why folks dont want to pay deposits - there is no accountability for the stylist. Im a business owner myself and I would NEVER sit by and allow someone representing my shop to treat a customer so poorly. The owners need to either mentor/train her and implement basic rules of customer service for anyone in their shop. I had already decided I wasnt coming back but after this display, I know this is the right decision plus I dont want her hands in my head and she left me no choice about the review. I will be disputing the deposit as fraud since she purposely booked two people at the same time. Again, this is about Ash as a beautician not All Access but the owners need to clean up shop....literally In 2024, this is unacceptable and I rarely write reviews but she truly left me no choice. I am honestly wondering if there is something more going on with her but whatever it is, I cant do it or encourage others to spend their hard earned money with someone who clearly doesnt value their customer's time. Update: I have the receipts which show that I received two confirmation texts with no mention of first come/first serve - happy to share!

Tiffany, it’s unfortunate that you felt the need to leave this type of review on our business page when your stylist has her own site and personal review page. <br><br>It's also unfortunate that you mentioned the owners did nothing to intervene when I have been here all day and you sat there and said nothing.<br><br>This type of passive aggressive behavior is not welcome and you could have had a better understanding of why you were waiting if you had indeed said something. <br><br>Furthermore, as an owner, I did investigate the facts and you did not mention in this lengthy review that you failed to cancel properly which is clearly dictated on Ashley’s booking site. <br><br>Failure to cancel or reschedule properly should have made you lose your deposit 100%. Ashley actually did YOU the favor of being lenient by still offering to apply half of your $30 deposit to your next appointment. <br><br>You also failed to mention that you did not confirm via text correspondence on Wednesday if Saturday would even be suitable for you. <br><br>The lack of communication to confirm if Saturday at 1230 would be a good time to reschedule was strictly on a first come, first serve basis. As stylist, we do not sit around and wait for clients to respond when she did give you direct feedback as to how to rebook; which would have been to go on her site to snag a spot suitable for you. <br><br>As black women, you must remember to include where you went wrong instead of threatening to tell everyone a one sided story. <br><br>Thank you for your patronage and please note your $30 deposit has been refunded in the same tender that was initially rendered. <br>-CieCie Retic; Co-Owner <br><br>

Phenomenal service! Best hair experience ever. I got a "Shampoo, Condition, Detangle, and Blow-Dry" and a "Full Trim." My hair is so much healthier and happier. The whole process felt like a scalp massage and I almost fell asleep. I really felt taken care of and I appreciate their time and attention to detail when handling my hair. There's also ample street parking available. Thanks so much for an amazing experience.

In my quest for a dope barber, I hit up All Access Barber Shop, thinking I'd finally found the one. But nah, it was all cap. Their site advertised a $35 cut, but when it was time to settle the Bill, they hit me with $45. Straight-up shady. I ain't even gonna front, the enhancements they threw in were weak. By the time I hit the block, they were already falling off. As a seasoned 50- year old, I've seen my share of overhyped spots, but All Access Barber Shop takes the cake. Back to the grind, still on the hunt for a barber who keeps it real and doesn't break the bank.

My Stylist is the One and Only Dominique! She is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, engaging and really loves doing hair. When she says, she got you, she got you. She makes sure that you leave happy and she cares about your hair. My flat twist are always poppin. The entire staff and owners are down to earth and make you feel welcomed. Go check them out.
