Weldon is the best and Bobbie is the best of the best. I moved out of state and still fly back to get my hair and beard cut here! Highly recommend Weldon and Bobbie!

Been going to Weldon Barber for many years, now and I've used a few different barber/stylist only to change when they transition out or move. Britney is my go to now at Weldon Barber Issaquah, and she is the best! She's patient, listens, has an attention to detail. I always walk away with the cut I want. I recommend!

I came in for an overpriced ($75) average haircut (that was advertised as a time-saver cut). I gave some feedback, but it did not seem to be received during the cut. I left some feedback on their text thread, then later received a call asking if they could make it right. When I mentioned that I did not want to come back in, they promply hung-up on me. Kind of a joke to reach out. If you can plan ahead, I'd recommend the Caboose On Gillman, the barber there does an excellent job. Funny enough, the uber driver who picked me up for the ride back also mentioned that he had a subpar experience from there. We both had a laugh about it.

Time to finally give props to this place and my barber. Been seeing Temple for over 5 years straight, she is a rock star barber and I always leave looking like a million bucks. Receptionist and manager Bobbi always greet me by name.

Michael did a great haircut. Will definitely have him cut my hair again when we are in town. He cut my hair the exactly the way I requested.

Really impressed with my haircut. Diana did a fantastic job. She issuper skilled with both the trimmer and scissors and gave me a clean skin fade. The hot towel and shampoo at the end were a nice touch. It is pricey, but honestly worth it. Definitely recommended.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, so it takes a lot for me to write one. I had been to this shop a couple of times before with a different barber and always had a good experience. If I were rating based on those visits, I would have given a 4 or 5. Unfortunately, this recent visit was disappointing enough that it felt like a 1, so I’m settling on a 3 to reflect both the good and the bad. When I sat down, I clearly said I wanted a high fade with a 2.5 guard on top and sides that were longer than skin. I also mentioned that I was growing out my sideburns so the fade could blend into my beard, since my sideburns grow slowly. To make sure everything was clear, I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted. As soon as she started, I realized she had shaved the sides of my head down to the skin. At that point, the damage was done. The fade itself looked okay, but I saw that she was also blending the sideburns all the way down to the skin. She asked if I wanted a lineup in the front, which I usually get. It takes less than two minutes, so I said yes. I can live with a bad haircut from trying someone new, but what really bothered me was what happened at checkout. She charged $15 for a skin fade, even though I specifically said I did not want one. Then she added $7 for the lineup. I’ve never been charged for a lineup in my life, especially not when it’s part of a full haircut. The total came to $80 instead of the usual $58. On top of that, the lineup was noticeably crooked when I got home. I had to try and fix it myself by pushing my hairline back. I still think the shop overall is a good place and would recommend it. But I strongly encourage the barbers, especially when working with new clients, to listen carefully, double-check even when a photo is provided, and make sure all charges are clearly discussed upfront.

Hi David,

We truly appreciate you taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re very sorry to hear that your most recent visit fell short of expectations, especially after the positive experiences you’ve had with us before. Clear communication is such an important part of what we do, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to feel like your haircut and instructions weren’t followed, even after providing a photo.

We’re also concerned about the issue at checkout. You should never be surprised by pricing or feel unclear about what’s being charged, and we regret that this happened. Please know that we are addressing your concerns directly with our team to ensure we’re listening carefully, confirming details, and being fully transparent with all services and charges moving forward.

Someone from our office will be reaching out to you soon, as we’d like the chance to make this right and regain your trust. We value your honest feedback, and we’re grateful that despite this experience, you still see Weldon Barber as a shop worth recommending.

— Weldon Barber

Just got a cut from Fernanda and it was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The skin fade was flawless—super clean, sharp, and perfectly blended. She really took her time to get every detail right. On top of that, Fernanda was super friendly and made the whole experience relaxed and comfortable. Great energy, great conversation, and even better results. If you’re looking for a fresh cut and good vibes, go see Fernanda. Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be back!

I’m glad I found this place thanks to google! The customer service is excellent, I feel like a valued customer and the appointment process was smooth via text message. Fernanda is my son’s barber and I found her to be so cool! Only thing is she can’t do hair designs but she stated she’s working on that. Overall a very nice place to get a cut but I don’t like $70 price tag for a fade.
