Been going to Barber shop & Co. Locations for over 15 years. Never had a bad haircut from them. Always precise, will adjust even after they are done with the cut if you aren't satisfied. I refuse to go to any other barber shops. Staff is great, walk-in or the preferred appointment. Pick your barber or always go to your favorite.

Absolutely stellar service every time. Walked in over 15 years ago and found a gem of a barber, Craig, was with him a year or two before he moved away. Like any red blooded American man it felt like a divorce, well we’re more loyal to our barbers than our wives (I’m told). Was gonna try and find a new shop but he told me everyone last one of these barbers are straight killers. I spent the next year trying out all the barber chairs like Goldie Locks. The problem was no chair was too lumpy, too hard, or too soft. I’m not sure who does the hiring but they have exceptional standards. Over a decade later I still let whomever there cut my hair and I’ve gone through every hair style my round face will let me pull off. No lady bartender is safe after I get my hair cut from Smoketown BarberShop and Co, because I’ll do a tour de bridge and show off the masterpiece that they just created. Got so bad at a point my main lady at the time demanded I return straight home after a cut so she could run my hair betwixt her fingers as her legs warmed my ears. There’s no better place to get a level up mushroom and boost that confidence that only a great haircut provides.

Second time coming to this shop and Brandon makes the experience worth it every time. Especially for my son. Brandon is calming and patient and attentive. We appreciate him listening to what we are asking for in the haircut and my 2 year old does really good in the chair while Brandon is cleaning him up real nice and dapper

Love this barber shop. Stacy has been cutting my hair for the last five years or so and she is absolutely amazing. Awesome at cutting hair, and just very personable and fun to talk to. I’ve had others in the shop cut my son’s hair as well and they have always done an amazing job. Super friendly atmosphere. I’ve been to the one in Fredericksburg recently for my son, and that location were kinda rude and nowhere near as friendly as this particular location.

Very average haircut. Very bad attitude. They act like upscale barber, but very basic with very basic skillset. Called them earlier, the guy said walking is fine. When I get there the dude was like, we are very busy. There was literally no one there. Absolutely will not recommend nor visit again.

I’ve brought my two grandsons (ages 9 and 5) to Stacey and my husband now gets his hair cut by her. She’s so good especially with the boys. She listens and engages with them and gives them the cut they want. Not what she wants to do. Very refreshing compared to other barber shops in the area.

Jacob did an amazing job on fixing another shops snafu from a couple weeks ago. The shop gives you “old school” barber shop feeling yet styling with the trends of today. Very welcoming environment when you first walk in. Appointments can be by phone call or in person only. However, I went as a walk in and was quickly taken care of. Will be a return customer as I think I’ve found my place. Jacob was very receptive to listening to my past issue and what I desired and re-explained what I wanted back to me prior to starting so we both knew what the goal was. Price was very reasonable and accommodating for the current market.

Had to give a new barber a go today since Heather moved away! Jacob was super patient with my autistic grandson and the cut came out super cute!

Our favorite barber shop. We were regulars for years before moving and now we are back and will be loyal customers again. Friendly service, great environment and a family friend place. The place where they know your name and appreciate your business.
