My two sons have gotten their haircuts here many times, but the most recent visit for my oldest wasn’t a good experience. Instead of doing a fade as requested, he was given a very botched haircut. I was in shocked. It looked as if a toddler took a pair of scissors and had fun with my son’s hair. I asked for it to be fixed. As I sat and waited, another worker, Mrs. Jung started talking badly about me in Korean. Little did she know, I understood everything she said about me. Every single word. She even had the nerve to smile at me afterwards. Due to this, I will not be returning. So unprofessional.

Cut there for 2 years but probably won’t come back. Hana, the very first lady in the row, asked for tip in cash. As you know, we don’t bring cash these days. Also, they take credit card payment but don’t take credit tip? Tips are optional based on the service. The other ladies are well mannered. If you come here, don’t ask for Hana.

Prices went up for the first time in years, but they have been the most reliable in providing me a quality Military haircut in the NOVA area.

This is my 3rd or 4th time coming here to get my haircut. Prices are very reasonable and I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes; they always have at least 3 or 4 employees working. My haircuts are pretty simple, but I'm happy with how it turns out every time. I am happy to continue going to this barber shop

Wonderful experience with my toddler. They have toys and were very sweet/patient. My husband also gets his hair cut here.

I have used this place many times before for my husband, my teenage son and my toddler. Today was a terrible experience. Took my toddler for a haircut. He was a bit nervous and asked to use the bathroom. Person couldn't wait one minute and took someone else after I had already waited for about 20 minutes. So I sat down for next person available. Next person decided to skip us putting us at the back of waiting another 30 minutes. So very disappointed as the people who've cut his hair there before were so much more patient & understanding to a toddler many times before. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone I know or on FB groups like I have been doing after having many pleasant interactions with this business, this was by far the worse. I will take my business of three elsewhere.

Clean, professional and friendly. Always have 4+ stylists taking care of business. I haven't had a problem in 10+ years, if there is an issue we address it and it's always taken cared of. I read some of the reviews here and people forget that it's another human being cutting their hair, there is no perfection and sometimes outright lie about "not shaving their neckline" they do take a razor back there without you asking. Anyway

I like my hair kind of on the short side and the ladies in this shop get it right every time. Always courteous and very thorough. The only downside is it's a little pricey, which is not surprising considering their location. I'm sure the rent isn't cheap. With that said, I keep going back because the service is so consistently good.

Probably one of the worst barber shop I have ever been to. I moved nearby in Lake ridge last year and thought to give it a try after I had moved. Went there with my father. We spent over $50+ including tips for our haircut and believe it or not, they didn't cut the hair properly from the back and left hair at many places from hidden spots. I thought to give it another try last week and this time they cut it even worst than the first one. I normally have long hair. I specifically requested to cut about half an inch from everywhere and she shortened it by more than an inch. Hair on back of my head was cut unevenly. From many places, she cut way more than the other sides. Again, uneven cut from the forehead and didn't even clean my neck unlike what other barbers normally do using a razor or something. I still ended up spending quite bit of money. Avoid this shop guys. I do not recommend. I feel like that school institutions where you pay $5-$10 to have the haircut by students do a lot better job and professionally than these guys!

Amazing place for a haircut! Can’t speak for long hair but short haircuts are almost always superb. Only one of my many haircuts at the Lake Ridge Barber Shop was not great (not bad either). During my haircut one of the barbers had to take over and teach another how to taper. Everything turned out fine in the end but caused a bit of stress. I’ve been going for about 3 years now every other month and I don’t request anyone specific.
