I would just say lack of customer service. One Barber acknowledged me but the rest didn't. Two barbers finished and didn't even see if I needed help. With the lack of eye contact and communication - I left.

Great experience dealing with Carlos! Walked in when the shop opened up with no appointment and was able to walk out within an hour with just what I asked for! Very professional all the way through and a nice environment with good camaraderie amongst everyone there!

I was referred to Danny by another female client. I reached out the day prior to find out his availability, and even though he was booked solid for the day, he opened the shop at 5:30 am for me! That level of service is usually unheard of these days. Once there I explained what happened at the other barber (it was uneven in some spots and my line was slanted), and he explained what needed to happen to revise the cut. He went to work and didn't disappoint! I love it...the line is straight and the hair is even across my head. Danny's vibe was pleasant, and the shop is clean and well lit. I'll certainly be back, and I'm bringing my mom the next time.

Giving two stars for how kind and welcoming the barbers are, but we won’t be back. It took me a few months to talk my son into cutting his hair, and I chose this barber based on all of the raving reviews. My son’s hair is SO uneven, and there is no fade like we asked for. He is miserable/embarrassed. I will have to cut it even shorter now to make it look decent.
