I came in today and clearly explained how I wanted my haircut. But the fade was done higher than I asked and the sides are not symmetrical. Im not happy at all i got school tmrw. Extremely disappointing experience.Cathy Nguyen did the haircut for me

I’ve been to many barbers in the area over the years. I found Lynne by a chance walk-in and she’s been my one and only barber since. Her haircuts are 10/10 and she is very detail oriented. She is also very kind and professional. She’s the best.

12 weeks went by between my first and second visit, but Lynne remembered all of my hair preferences anyway. She cut it beautifully and by the end of my second haircut, I knew I only wanted Lynne to cut my hair. Fantastic service and quality.

WORST Haircut I ever got in my life; butchered my hair completely and got me to the point where I'll have to wait SIX MONTHS to be back where I was. Rome was my barber; not only was the equipment all dull (had to switch out shears twice during the cut, was very painful and not sharp at all) but I was completely botched from what I asked for. I've been growing my hair for six months, and had about 3-4 inches of length. I asked for 1 inch to be cut off since it was a bit long and for a fade. He cut my hair around the head to about 1 inch of length. All because somehow asking for a "fade" means using clippers on and around the entire head! NO! I talked to another barber right after who said that my haircut was botched, the fade was uneven, and even the lenght at the front was cut uneven. Not even Supercuts would do a job this bad. The barber himself was nice and realized he messed up and apologized profusely during the cut, but guess what? I STILL had to pay! I'm not a vindictive person and I actually came to Carte Blanche in the past, used to get great haircuts from Max (has left, many of the good barbers left). AVOID this place if you don't want to lose your hair. I'm going to be botched for months of my life now. Something that can never be reversed. If you choose to come here for whatever reason (good luck to you) AVOID ROME. Dude completely messed my hair up.

Haircut came out exactly like the pictures i showed Lynne. She was recommended to me by my brother after trying countless places on the fairfax area. Glad i finally found a barber I’ll be coming back to regularly.

I have been coming here for about 8 months now and Lynne has been great every time. She takes her time to make sure she gives you the style you want and is very personable and friendly while doing so. If you want a nice cut while getting to feel comfortable and taken care of, I definitely recommend you reach out and schedule an appointment with her!
