This was my second time coming here. The first time I had a decent experience and got a decent haircut, which is why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, this visit was very different. I saw a different stylist, and the haircut felt very rushed from start to finish. She cut my hair much shorter than I asked for and seemed focused on getting through the appointment as quickly as possible. You’re better off paying more for a barber who will take their time and really understand what you want.

Ms V, is an excellent hair stylist, very consistent and has attention to detail! Thank you! Been coming to Andy’s since they opened in Vienna ~28 years ago. The newer location is closer to my home and avoids Vienna traffic at rush hour and Saturdays mornings.

I didn’t want to leave a negative review but after further thought I felt transparency was important. I was looking for a barber/hair cut place in Tysons and saw the positive reviews on Google. I saw Ben had many positive reviews and he seemed to be booked so figured he was experienced. Well unfortunately that wasn’t the experience. In hindsight, I should have considered the other negative review as it is extremely accurate. He cuts your hair way shorter and different than requested. It’s a blitz w clippers to get the haircut done. Hair cut is 3 inches shorter than requested and non existent fade. In and out in 10 mins. So if you need your hair trimmed quickly with clippers go for it but if you have a hair style in mind - Ben is not the go to. Ironically Andy was giving a cut to someone and seemed very attentive but ofc I can’t go back

I had an appointment scheduled at this barber shop and traveled from a long distance, but unfortunately when I arrived, the shop was closed. The business page showed the status as Open, the system allowed me to book an appointment, and even the sign on the door said “Open.” Because of this situation, I missed many of my plans today, which caused me real inconvenience and loss. I am a regular customer and have always been happy with your service, so this experience was very disappointing. If the shop is closed, the hours and appointment system should be updated properly to avoid wasting customers’ time. I hope management takes this issue seriously and prevents it from happening again

I'm so happy I found this barbershop. I live in DC where finding a consistently good cut with customer service is a difficult, if not impossible, task. Andy's staff is always courteous and consistent with quality -- no matter who cuts my hair. Usually there's very little wait.

Ben is awesome. I’ve been going to him for a couple of years now, and he’s been great every time. He takes real pride in his work, is very detail-oriented, and always makes sure I leave looking sharp and feeling comfortable with my cut.
