Queenie is the best, no matter what time I come or what day it is, she looks out for me and gives me superior service in regards to pedi's and mani's. As a PT, it is an important aspect for the job because I'm on my feet all day, and I'm usually using my hands daily to work with various clients: myo- fascia techniques, Stretch massage, or pressure point therapy, etc. Definitely recommend this location, and Queenie is excellent at what she does. Give her a shout!

This place is not very nice. Don’t focus on the walls or furniture. Focus on how great a barber Queenie is. Best barber to touch my hair in Reston. I have curls & always get a mid-fade and facial wherever I can find one.

I needed a new stylist.. I met Queenie! I have short hair and the color is transitioning. She is an absolute artist with her haircuts. Where I used to go haircuts with tip was approaching $150… The salon is lovely approachable, and have quite a wide range of options for the gentleman, but they give them to the ladies as well. Lovely staff and she’s just down the street.!!

I used to live in the apartment complex right across the street, making haircuts here quick and convenient. I recently moved 35 miles away, but Queenie is so good I still make the drive just to get my haircut here. It's worth the trip.

I have been coming here for 4 years and Queenie does an amazing job. I would follow her wherever she goes. Very professional and does a great job at cutting my hair. Never have I had a bad cut, and I am able to come during my lunch break.

Been here several times. They're all kind and courteous, and very helpful since I'm not very good at describing my own hair cuts. They have an incredible attention to detail, and I've never left with a haircut I didn't like.

Excellent service. Been cutting my hair here over 5 years now. I highly recommend this place. Queenie is my barber been going to her over 5 years. I highly highly recommend her. She is excellent and patient and does a great job.

Love this place, been coming here for a while now and I don’t see myself going anywhere else. I’ve done it all here: spa pedicure, manicure, facial, hair, and beard. Every time I leave feeling brand new. I’m in about once a month now because it’s just that good. Queenie is amazing, and her husband TT (hope I’m spelling that right) usually does my nails and toes. Both of them always take great care of me. They completely turned around my toes, and now it’s something I actually look forward to. The shop is always clean, the vibe is relaxing, and the prices are totally fair for the quality you get. Honestly, it’s the best combo of skill, service, and atmosphere you could ask for. Definitely ask for Queenie and TT, they’ll hook you up right.

Scheduled an appointment at this location and initial hair stylist (loosely recognize him as this) was clueless with hair cutting techniques. Another stylist had to correct his mistakes (uneven side burns, improper hair style from what I requested). I believe there was a language barrier, too. Just adding that the appointment was for a haircut, shampoo, facial treatment, hot shave, ear/nose/brows detailing. Well over $120 of service plus tip. Only paid for haircut and walked out. The original “hairstylist” was not even remotely apologetic. If you go beware of the male “hairstylist!”
