Messed my son hair up, and we waited for over an hour after we showed up for our appointment on time! Go somewhere else because he obviously didn’t care that he butchered my son hair.

What in the Twilight Zone hell was that. Made an appointment, got multiple confirmations. Showed up to an empty building. Called the number, guy picked up, hung up, called 3 more times and was sent to VM. Make this make sense.

Today is the third time my son has been bailed on. The first two times my son showed up and no one was there and everything was locked up. Today he asked my son to come in later (his appt was at 11:30) and when he asked what time he got no response. When he called, no one answered. We are done and taking our business to someone else who will honor appointments made well in advance and to someone responsive.

Oscar cut my hair and did amazing, he is my regular barber and always gets the job done. I recommend him to any new clients looking for a sharp and great haircut.

I went to Urbane Barbershop for the first time today. John was very friendly and made me feel welcome. He is a professional barber and is highly skilled. He cut my hair and trimmed my beard exactly how I wanted it. I will be going to this barbershop from now on.

Urbane is the best! This place does the best fades you’ll ever get! The vibe is cool and laid back. Even my son loves going! And I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my beard… that straight blade and hot towel are amazing!

Finding the right Berber is an odyssey in a suburban area. Moving to VA from a city with a very competitive volume of barbershops, it was hard trying barber after barber to find the right one for my specific needs. And we all know our barber is very important for our grooming. At Urbāne Barbershop John was excellent at listening to one’s needs. I was specific about wanting someone to work with scissors to trim my hair because of the texture of it and he sure has experience with both scissors and clips. The fade work is excellent, John is very profesional and can have a good chat without losing focus on his work. John can have conversations I can relate with and makes us all feel comfortable, services all ages and genders. Needless to say I found my guy. Just look at the work done! Happy customer. Hugo starter working there months back and I have had him cut my hair with him a couple of times too, his fade game is first class, try him out! P.S. they are usually booked, so make your appointment in advance!

Had a fabulous experience here. As a non-binary individual, it's important to me that I feel safe and welcome in these spaces. There was an option when booking to select non-binary as a gender option, and during my appt there was no gender specific language used or implied. John took good care of me, even helping me figure out what I wanted when I arrived. He was encouraging and friendly. He is professional and skilled, the environment is very welcoming and laid-back. Will be returning and would recommend.

John has many years of experience cutting hair and you can tell from his work. I wasn't fond of fades before but after a haircut from John I was intrigued to keep returning. John does a great job every time I get a cut and makes the whole barbershop experience enjoyable. Just like when I was highly recommended by a colleague to get a haircut from John, I'm going to agree and say the same. I highly recommend a fresh haircut from John at Urbane Barbershop.

A clean haircut from a great barber. I am so pleased with my experience here. Ever since moving to this area (Manassas) it has been difficult to find a decent barber for a quality cut with a reasonable cost in terms of money and distance. I found myself having to travel so far for over-priced haircuts with mediocre results that don't use the right tools for trade. John helped me feel confident and clean. Knew exactly what I wanted and was very professional. Did it take time? Sure, but masters at their craft work towards perfection. John is a master and he will be sure to provide quality cuts, with quality service. Let's help our small business owners! Definitely returning.
